Dynamic text not properly supported
I had difficulty setting up the app because it doesn’t properly support dynamic text enlargement. Leaving parts of the information interface not working. I had to go into my phone’s accessibly settings and turn it off, causing the text to be so small I almost couldn’t read what information it wanted from me. This is not a friendly app for visually impaired people. Every time I use it I have to reset my dynamic text in order for certain actions to work. I have many apps on my phone and I use them on daily and weekly basis, this is the only one I have to change a phone setting to use. I love my Qure mask but I’m not sure I will continue to use this frustrating app.Show lessJr squirrel girl
AWFUL app and AWFUL Customer Service
It’s been 4 days now since I have been able to log into my Qure app because you can only email customer service there is no way to contact someone directly via phone or chat and you get a response every 24 hours. I went to log in and the app will not accept my password but the app has no “I forgot my password” reset option on the app and customer service can’t seem to figure out how to actually reset my password. They sent an email claiming they reset my password. The temporary password did not work. The sent an email with a one time passcode but no instructions on where to use this passcode and no link in the email to take you to where you use this code either. And deleting and reinstalling the app also pointless because they ask you to do that as well.Show lessSemga5
Is this even an app??? Can’t login or use
I have experienced the same issues as other reviewers. I try to register with my email and it states that I already have an account, which I don’t. When I try to login, it states “user can’t be found.” So, I couldn’t tell you if this “app” does anything since I cannot even get past the login page. What a hot mess!Show lesskcl227
SCAM & POOR QUALITY
QURE SKINCARE is such a scam and has the worst customer service. Read their return policy before purchasing. After weeks of back and forth round-about emails, they agreed to let me return my mask because I personally though the quality was poor. I returned the mask yo them and provided the tracking number. They acknowledged that they received the mask and are REFUSING to refund my $296. The company takes your money and treats you like garbage once they have it. Can’t even login
It says that I’m already registered and I already have an account but when I try to reset my password it says that I’m not registered. When I try to reach register it tells me I’m already registered and we go in a vicious circle. I’ve use multiple emails with all the same issues.tammrie
Can’t even create an account / Useless App
I tried 5 email addresses to create the account and the app kept showing a message that the email already exists (including a new email address that was just created). Tried deleting and reinstall the app, still can’t create an account. Useless App.marsandvenusrainbowland
