The app constantly crashes, few seconds to none and it just closes. This information is currently dated at 10/01/2023. Let’s hope they have a fix soon!! This occurs on multiple devices iPhones that are currently up to date and iPads too.

Cove team.App works when it wants to
I had the Cove Simple System (version 1) and it was okay. Had issues with the app sometimes not working and the scenes not activating, even the app going down in general. But alarms always triggered which was good.
This new setup was a breeze. They transferred all my sensors over to the new hub and got the app all set up. The new touch panel is definitely an upgrade and I like it a lot.
If you can’t log into the new Cove app, chat with Cove online or call them, it was easy as that. I think since I came from their legacy system it didn’t trigger to add me to the new system, not a huge deal.
Very much enjoying the new features so far.
Screenshots in App Store look impressive but can’t login to use it. Was hoping for more features than the old app had like no entry delay when arming in stay mode which can only be done at the panel.

Thanks for your feedback. If you have been a customer with us since before Aug 2023 then the Cove Connect app is unfortunately NOT compatible with your system. If you purchased your system after July 2023, then please reach out to support for help to log in 855.268.3669The app won’t stay open for more than a few seconds, rendering it useless. I was able to eventually add two of my three cameras after repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but at this point it closes before I can turn on the system or open up a camera view.

Cove team.Cove sent me a text to download the app. It included my login and everything worked great.
I use the app a lot and even check it throughout the day for some peace of mind.
Demo looks better than previous app but I can’t log in using my credentials

The Cove Connect app is only compatible with the Hub and Panel launched August 2023. If you would like to upgrade and receive new credentials, contact support at 855.268.3669.
