    The developers' comments suggest their free version (not the problematic free trial) is quite useful. In fact, there is little you can learn here that you could not find more quickly on Google. The plant ID feature, diagnosis and treatment are only available in the expensive paid version. At just under $120 a year, I can buy a lot of plants and plant care books (or use online resources). This is way overpriced. I deleted the app in under 30 minutes. The developer wrote and said my evaluation was untrue regarding identification as it was available for free. It appears to be true only if you are willing to sign up for a free trial. I am not, based on other user’s challenges in canceling. Treatments were suggested for free but were quite general and not specific without the diagnostic function (which was not available except in the problematic free trial). The treatments suggested were no better than what a free 30 second Google search could find. I still do Not Recommend.

    Read all the reviews complaining the app can’t ID common plants. Did you know the Photo app on iPhones can identify plants? It works quite well. It won’t tell you how to treat a plant that is diseased though.

  • DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED!

    As the title already says, it doesn’t work as advertised. When you try the plant doctor it has a hard time identifying plants and just gives you a general message about watering problem that applies to all plant, does not specifically tell you if it’s under or ever watering. If I wanted to do a self diagnoses I can always got to google and look up signs of under or over watering plants without any subscription.

    Hello, we're really sorry about such experience. Unfortunately, the main reason for plant health issues, in most cases, connected to watering. nevertheless, we're still working on upgrades to disease detection AI and the new update with fixes will be released soon
  • This is NOT the app you think it is.

    Yes this app can help with identifying things wrong with your plants BUT I’ve tried to reach out to the developer on why I’ve been charged over $9.99 a week PLUS tax. I live in Montana ! We don’t have a tax. I’m being over charged. I’ve canceled my subscription but I am still trying to reach out and get my money back especially the tax money that I should not have been charged. It’s insane.

    Unfortunately, all the payments held by Apple. And the taxation is considered by them. We're only an app developers, not a financial organisation or institution. So please, contact us via email so we could provide you a detailed guide on how to communicate with Apple

  • Terrible and unhelpful

    This app does not work as promised and it’s 9.99 a week!?!?!? Are they smoking something funny. Then to cancel the subscription you have yo go interview you Apple Store you can’t even cancel from the app. It also says it will give you a reminder before the trial period ends…. It does not! I used it once it didn’t even help with my issue and now had to pay 10 bucks for garbage! SCAM!!! Save yourself some money and use google. Just as helpful and free!!!

  • Premium access

    I paid for Premium access, but I have not been getting much out of this app. I keep getting the same message on all my plants saying that they are healthy. The new ones I’m bringing home from the clearance section at the store are not healthy and I bought this app hoping it would help diagnose or give me ideas on what to do to get these plants healthy. I can’t find any information on what Premium access includes or if it’s life time or yearly. Can someone please enlighten me. Was this a one time fee? Is there a refund policy?

    Thank you so very much! This house plant looked so very good when I bought it. They told me let it go dry then water so that’s what I’ve been doing. I’m traveling today so I will take a more recent picture Wednesday.
