  • Too Expensive and Generic Information

    Yes, I got lured into this by an ad on instagram. I know I know I should have known better, but I thought I’d do the trial and see how it went. False advertisement all the way. It said it could identify and diagnose plants and it’s literally given me the same diagnosis for every thing and the exact same general information (to not over or under water). It’s the exact information you’ll get if you google and only read the first 2 search results. I tried the 3 day (make it longer) trial and when I canceled it still charged me. I went into my apple account to cancel so let’s see if this upcoming week charges.

    Thank you for the feedback. Disease diagnosis is a complex task, which requires a lot of parameters to provide the reason and solution for plant disease. A lot of problems are hidden in soil and roots, which is literally not possible to identify by plant photo. Nevertheless, we're working hard on a update with AI plant disease assistant, which will provide better experience
  • High membership fee and not intuitive UI

    $10 a week is a bit much. Unfortunately the UI isn’t very user friendly I took photos of many plants that are sickly, browning, or had strange growths and the algorithm just says the plant is healthy. Come on how is that useful.

    This App is a scam. It doesn't work as they say and on top of that they don't refund the money paid.

    Can’t even get it to work as it tells me no internet connection. I’m definitely connected to the internet as I’m posting this review…

    4 pics of diseased or dead plants.. this app said it was fine 😡.
  • Good concept, bad function

    I was able to assess my plants but it didn’t give a ton of info besides the profile of the plant. The info on the plant was helpful. but it’s 9.99 a week and I can’t figure out how to cancel my subscription. I even googled it!! Help!

  • Beware

    Upon first try, it misidentified my mini monstera, second attempt it gave up and couldn’t identify, tried to diagnose dying plant; came back my plant was healthy. So don’t waste your time, app is failure.
