Thank you for the feedback!I like to try an app before I decide if I want to buy it. I do NOT like the 3-day ‘Free’ trial where you have to give credit card info. They are banking on the fact that you’ll forget to cancel. This app is basically useless unless you pay for it. Am deleting.

Thank you for the feedback. The app is actually free to use, there are no limitations on plant identification, plant care notifications, access to the basic information.
If the user finds the app useful, there are one option to extend the functionality, but it's not mandatory and needed only in case if the user want to have access to some specific cutting-edge technologiesI’m not sure if I sent it back
I tried the free trial offer, and found it was not what I was looking for. I cancelled on the 3rd day yet still got charged. I tried writing to to the developers, completed the information requested, tried to send, and got a message saying “cannot send fix error” so it leaves me no option than to let others know.
$9.99 can amount to a substantial figure if enough people sign up for this.

We're really sorry about such experience. We're always responding to all email messages and explain how the subscription works and how to cancel it. Unfortunately, it looks like there was an issue with AppStore subscription processing for the last couple of days, you can find more info in the web. Please, try to cancel the subscription again via AppStore account settings, it should work well nowI installed this app this morning and I’m dissatisfied with the results I got about one of my plants so I immediately tried to cancel the subscription and it’s not working. I’ve made more attempts since then and I’m still not able to cancel it. I do NOT want to pay for an app that charges $9.99 a WEEK! Please cancel the subscription ASAP.

Hello, unfortunately, there was issue with subscription cancellation in the AppStore. You can search via web for the issue explanation. As for now, the cancellation through your app store account settings should work wellI take care of my plants as if they are my babies. I started getting into planting indoor plants about 7 years ago so I’ve been through trial and error but it’s nice to know what’s wrong with my plant when it isn’t looking too good. This app allows me to take pictures and get a diagnosis if my plant is sickly and it gives you tips how to try to heal it. I love it!!! ✌🏼🙏🏼

thank you for such a warm feedback!Took pictures of two rosebushes to find out why they’re not doing very well and the plant identify comes back as completely different. Plants has no idea it’s rosebushes. I am very disappointed.

Flowers identification is our growth point and soon we'll release the updated algorithm for flowersIt says it is free but then you download it and look in the app and it is free for 3 days the you have to pay for it to take care of your plants. This app isn’t worth it if you can only use it for 3 days ehen in the beginning it said it was free . They should say it is free for 3 days then you have to pay for it to take care of you plants . This app isn’t really worth getting.

Due to the need to support our AI plant care, identification and diagnosis algorithms, we need support from our users to keep running. But again, the payment is voluntary and not required to get all the services from the app
