This is the only screen reduction app that has ever worked
Just set your anti-distraction schedule, then leave the RFID tag that lets you break that schedule in a hard-to-reach area. I leave my tag at work when I go home and set my blocked apps schedule to engage when I go home. I’m present with my family and my devices are less tethered to me. It’s worth the money. You get your life back.

Thank you for sharing how you are using your Tag and how you manage it in your life! So glad to hear your life is back in your hands.
How buggy can an app be?
Very poor experience and I’m not even past the setup yet
Response from developer
Hi, thanks for letting me know--this is a known bug affecting a few people with Apple's Screen Time API that we have reported to them. If you restart your phone, and try again, it should help. Also, try using the search function instead of the list option to circumvent this problem, too. If you need more help, I'm happy to help at tim.smits@unpluq.com -- Thanks for your understanding.

No Link to T&Cs
Response from developer
Thanks again for letting us know the link wasn’t working (though it’s always linked from the App Store). It’s now updated in the app as of some months ago and wanted to make sure you knew. Hope you’ll give it another try— we’re definitely not in the business of data collection or sale.
Real quirky

Update: @Tommy - update just released should fix a lot of this! Hi Tommy, thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Are you by chance using the beta of iOS 17? I'd love to learn more about your experience so that we can improve. if you're open to sharing more what went wrong, please contact me: tim.smits@unpluq.com.
Couldn’t Get Past the Blocking Screen
- the app couldn’t see my phones apps when I was prompted to add the apps I want to block.
- looks like money grab with good intentions.

Hi there, thanks so much for taking the time to leave feedback here. You're right re: free version, it's just two apps--but you can get free premium by referring others. Re: you couldn't see your phones apps, this is a bug we had with Apple's Screen Time API which we depend on. We've fixed it, but have been waiting a couple weeks for the update to be approved and released on the App Store. I hope you'll give us another shot when it's available--we're a team of 3, and as you suspected, we're trying to help folks with their phones. Thanks again for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm always available to help via tim.smits@unpluq.com.
