Doesn’t Work
I downloaded this app and tried to open it. The first screen is a log in screen but no option to register as a new user. The forgot password option won’t work since it doesn’t recognize the email address. It really doesn’t deserve even a 1 star rating if you’re blocked from the very beginning.

The App is exactly what I was looking for...where we’re you 10 years ago? You can’t do it on your own. You need a team. This app keeps you accountable and the workouts are excellent. I see the difference on the course and in my waistband. Don’t forget

Great Workouts Easy to Follow
Let me start by saying I NEVER leave reviews BUT this app features tons of exercises within the very well thought out programs and is set up so well even non golfers will love it. The workout plans are legit. I asked my friend who is a trainer and he said this company is very well known in the golf industry. The Daily Motion I perform everyday is a game changer. My mobility & strength since starting the Activate program is already improved. I looked further into the company 18strong.com and the 2 guys that started it know their stuff. I would highly recommend! Worth every penny!
