Good app don’t mess with it.
Remove “Messages for you”
They added the “Messages for you” which takes up 1/4 of your screen. So instead of immediately seeing 4 accounts when I open the app, I now see 2. There seems to be no way to remove/hide/clear the messages or section. They are useless “ad” messages that I don’t want/need. Please remove this annoyance.

New update is slow
Newest UI update has slowed the app down to a crawl and is an eye sore.
Can’t change notification settings
Tried to change my notification settings today but I can’t. Settings say I don’t have push notifications turned on but I definitely do in my phone settings and I still get notifications. But I can’t change anything because it says it’s not on at all.

Update 2024.1.0.3 crashes app
The new update broke the app. Crashes during login. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now it won’t even accept my login credentials.

Why don’t you show interest on CDs. My other credit union show the interest I’ve earned each month.

Check deposit stopped after update to IOS 16 :(
My iphone updated to IOS16 and now mobile check deposit does not work. It will not let me take a picture of the check. There is a message to rotate the phone which I do and nothing happens.
Working great until I got a new phone
I loved this app! The check deposit changed my life. However, it doesn’t seem to work with either iOS16 or my iPhone 14. I just tried to deposit a check and it won’t let me. Please fix this. I imagine lots of folks with iPhones are having the same problem.

I can’t find activity log for my credit card like was on the old app under additional services.
