  • A Classic Must Have

I've been playing this game like forever and never got tired of it! Got another version of this but this one is by far my favorite. Loved the tile set change to make the game more challenging. Well done!

Great game as you can play against your own time from the last game. I find it hard to stop once I get started. Recommend it highly.
  • My favorite game

I've always loved playing Mahjong Solitaire, and this game makes it much more enjoyable. I love the ability to change backgrounds and tilesets, and especially love the Windstorm feature. I have since bought the Mac version of this game, too.
  • Great game, great value

I've always loved this game and this is an excellent version for a budget price - looks great and plays well - nicely integrated into the game centre.

Not convinced? ...then grab the author's lite version; refreshingly (and thankfully) free of the nasty adverts that seem to be infecting most lite versions these days - and then go and purchase the full version, it's worth it. ;)

  • Fantastic

Best mahjong I've played. Lots of colorful and funny tile types downloadable for free, and also tons of board layouts. Just fix the sound so that it follows the volume level. At the moment mine outputs at max volume no matter what my volume level setting, this means I sometimes have to turn it off as to not disturb others (as I hate playing games with headphones on)

  • Addicted

Just have to say that this really is addictive stuff. Have gone from playing this on my iPod touch to the ipad2 and it really is a joy to play on the large touch screen. The graphics are just right, the perspective is much improved over older versions of the app. Also when you can get it online you can get all sorts of backgrounds and some really funky tile sets. So far have been playing for about 12 hours ( on and off). It's great to pass the time, very satisfying when you complete a board without any clues or reshuffles- this happens a lot more with practice- it almost becomes second nature. In all very addictive, for a simple game of tile matching this is my all time favourite.

  • Calming, restful entertainment

Works for all ages. I try to lower my times. meanwhile my 80 plus yr old mom enjoys the challenge of pair matching. This is the very first "computer" style game she's ever tried. (we've been trying for years to get her on any computer! She enjoys it enough to have learnt how to use the basic iPad functions! Thanks

  • The best game of Mahjong you'll find in the app store

I am a bit of a mahjong solitaire fanatic, I'll played a ton on PC and have tried all of the good looking ones on the iPad.

This is, by far, the best of the ipad bunch. First off it is very beautiful - the aesthetics are simple but are just what are needed. I know there is another popular mahjong game I have bought here which is 3d, but trust me, 2d is the best way to play mahjong, you do not lose much without the other dimension, and it makes it all the more charming. The controls, at least on the iPad, are very easy.

The 3d game, btw, has a terrible scoring system. So did this initially, but thanks to an update a while back, the scoring in this is excellent and so is the high score system, so it is very repayable - tons of layouts too.

This is also very low on the gimmicks that get in the way of other games. This is just really nice, relaxing, good looking Mahjong. I can't recall the price but I do know it is absolutely worth the small change they are asking for it - you will need no other Mahjong game.

  • The Only MahJong game you will ever need

This is MahJong at it's finest - an endless supply of setups, gorgeous graphics, juicy sounds and transitions, absorbing gameplay and an additional hidden level of challenge if you want it - removing similar pairs is worth a bonus exponential multiplier, shuffle removes 50% of yr score and undo removes 10% - which altogether adds a very deep level of gameplay to an otherwise simple but addictive game. A fantastic implementation, the best one in the App Store.

  • Was great .....

But since just before we upgraded to the 4 update it stopped loading. Only get a black screen then it crashes back to phone page. Very disappointed!!!! Please help with either an upgrade or let us know what we need to do from our end to fix it so we can go back to some pleasurable gameplay. Thanx.
