Was great. Now not great
For the last 23 days have been unable to refresh the shopper list shared with my wife. When going to the shopper app website every link works except for logging in (‘site can’t be reached’ messaged). What’s going on? Have you been hacked?
Was great but now problems with no response from customer support
I’ve use this app for years and have loved it. This week it stopped syncing across my devices, I deleted it on my iPad and when I opened it up again the “login“ failed. I have contacted their support 4 times this week, but they have not even acknowledged my questions. The phone number listed in the app is no longer working. This is hugely disappointing. Perhaps this will get your attention…

Stopped Working - Cannot log in
Used the app for several years, I’m unable to update and won’t allow me to log in from another device. The Forgot Password is disabled. Sent message and received no response.
Almost due for a pension
No updates for two years and doesn’t work on Apple Watch as claimed anymore.
Will not be renewing subscription
After years of using this app I will no longer be renewing my subscription. No new development or improvements to this app have been made in a long time. Either make continued improvements to the app or give it up and remove it from the app store. Many others are not happy either and get no response from developers. Sorry to be leaving but I can no longer pay money for something that is not maintained by the developer.

This is my most-used app
... and has been for years now. It is truly a part of my everyday life. Can’t say that about many others. Why? 1. Easy to learn/easy to use. HUGE! 2. Auto -organization by category/isle. It just does it for me! And I can refine to match a specific store as well. 3. I create lists for multiple kinds of stores (Hardware, dollar store, Asian market, grocery, Costco, etc) so items to be purchased are always in the right place. 4. Since my phone is always with me, I can always add an item I need to a list at any time and any place. And my lists never get lost - unlike those old paper lists The app is just plain terrific! Update for 2022 - hard to add more… Shopper is still indispensable, still used most every day! Bravo! You guys continue to crush it! Thanks

No Updates In 2 Years
Will not work on Apple Watch Series 7 (IOS 8.5). Not a single update in over 2 years but they still want you to pay for a premium version.

No longer syncs with Alexa
I loved this app. We used it for years and the support team was usually very helpful and responsive. But recently the app stopped syncing with Alexa and so far the developer has not responded to my query. Based on the age of the last update I fear the app has been abandoned.
The Best Shopping App!!
I’ve been using this app for years and so absolutely love it! It comes preloaded with hundreds of grocery items (food and other) and you can add your own items to the list too! The items listed come organized by category (produce, meats, frozen, canned, etc) so when it’s time to go shopping, you’ll save time hunting for what you need! When creating your list, you can add in the prices of items which are on sale in your local flyer. You can also create different lists for different stores! If you’re like me, you’ve made many shopping lists and then left him home during a shopping trip. With this app, the list conveniently goes with you wherever you go! I highly recommend it.

Won’t come up on my Apple Watch
I have used the shopper app for years and love it. I just got an Apple Watch and was anxious to use it in the watch also. I installed it but when I try to open the app, all I see is the word “lists” in red in the upper left corner of the screen. Help!
