I bought this app years ago and have been using it daily ever since. Had to download a new version for my new phone, and now things don’t work. The app says I have to pay a subscription fee to add new items to my shopping list, or to access my templates. It was great the way it was, without all the bloated features and subscription fees.

Hi!Thanks for the feedback. We are aware that everyone has an unique shopping style and that everyone wants to find the best app to satisfy his/hers shopping needs. Also, some advanced and new additional features will most likely be available to Gold members exclusively, since we really do need subscription supporters, not just so we can improve Shopper and add advanced features, but so that we can continue its operation. Apple, Android, and other parties we use to bring you Shopper update their platforms and devices regularly, forcing us to do so as well. There is a lot for our small team to do just to keep it running, let me tell you! I hate shopping but someone has to do the chore. Shopper saves me a much time composing lists and at the store. The Apple Watch app is a real gem. To top it off the customer support is excellent.ravassar
Pictures..
The picture you add yourself should be able to be seen by the item on your list without having to hit on the item to go into the information.
Plus it would be really nice if y’all had the internet search for pictures like some apps have had installed of having to save one picture after another on your own photos file !!Show lessNikol2477

Really unhappy with the update
The latest update, December-ish 2017, deleted three quarters of my custom items, my isle orders, and added a bunch of new isles (which I spent time deleting only to have them come back the next time I opened the app). I’ve spent years customizing the app for my stores and products, and now it’s all gone. Really unhappy.Show lessTamara R.
Super App!
I literally use this app every single day. I only wish I could sync it with my Gerbes app to make my Gerbes coupons available on Shopper. Other than that, I have been using it since it was “born” and am still in love with it.Melinda4870
Going down hill
This used to be a really great app. But it appears to be going downhill quickly. The developer seems to be more focused on sucking additional revenues out of existing Customers via a new optional monthly subscription fee/feature, rather than making the app more intuitive. Greatest App I Have
I’m a 72 year old male and have struggled with my weight my whole life. I have been on every diet I know of including 2 Hospital diets. I started slow with this app, just keeping a list of what I ate and worked up from there to how I wanted to use it. There’s a learning curve, but keep working with it using & exploring different ways to use it. And you can use it in many ways. It always works, doesn’t lock up, is updated when a new operating system is updated and customer support is GREAT. I use it on my iPhone because I can take it with me, logging as I go. I sincerely recommend this app for loosing OR gaining weight. Or just to make sure you’re eating a good diet. (I’ve used it for several years!) 😊Show lessARBlue
Very disappointed.
When I wanted to make my shopping list the only options I have now are Share, Add Item and Add Template. I no longer have the option to browse or delete my cart items. The only items I have access to are Favorites and Frequently Used. I used to love this app and now it is useless.peachNY
