App keeps crashing
I used this app everyday for the last 4 year and I never had any problem. Ever since the last update, I am not able to use the app because it keeps crashing.
Please fix this problem so I can stop using Google Maps.

Hello Kevin fritzler, thanks for your feedback. We apologize for the bad application. By the last Update, we fixed the crashing problem und now the funktion is back in order.New design bad usability
The new version came with a new design and it is really bad. The “clean” approach makes hard to understand what is currently selected and what will be changed if I click something.
Also it introduced a new bug in the planner. When I chose my favorite locations as the start location, it always change automatically to my current location.

Easy. Accurate. Convenient.
BVG made our Berlin visit a total success. The planner function worked every time. Ticket purchases were a snap. Timetables were accurate (and, of course, the trains, trams, and busses were always on time). I think we might have missed some of the sites and attractions without the BVG app.Mills83001

Not possible to save personal data/can't buy tickets
If it worked it would be great, but sadly it's not possible to store personal information and so it's also not possible to buy tickets. Please fix it!!!Thomas in Los Feliz
