Lost music and money
I have been with Deezer since 2016 and I had an account under another phone number and a different phone carrier. I switched from Cricket to Verizon and I lost the money I paid for a month’s subscription and I wasn’t able to fetch my music that I had under my email account. So, actually Deezer owes me some money. Now, I’m waiting to see how they handle this one.Show lessJ.O. Stokes
Quality audio but poor app experience
I have been a premium audio user for a few months but the app experience is too frustrating for me to continue to subscribe. It’s disappointing since it really is the best audio quality of any streaming app, I just can’t deal with all the bugs, weird behavior and poor experience. I get really annoyed that it frequently fails to repeat a song when I use the repeat song button it turns itself back off. It removes songs I have downloaded randomly. It notifies me of albums I have already listened to. It’s just kinda weak in general.Show lesstvs_stephen_colbert
It’s alright..
Everything is fine with this app until you get to the playlist. When I want to listen to the songs that I CHOSE to listen to, I have to listen to a bunch of other songs which, chances are, I won’t like and that are “similar” to the songs in my playlist. What I find dumb is that there is a playlist specifically made for songs similar to what you listen to which I am basically listening to either way. I can go through 5 other songs before I even get to any other the songs that I wanted and that’s if I’m lucky. It’s stupid and makes ZERO senseShow lessRESPOND TO THIS NOW
User experience lacking
I wanted to like Deezer because they support lossless audio. Unfortunately, the user experience doesn’t measure up with competitors. There’s no desktop nor appletv app. There’s no cross device control. While the hifi quality is marginally better than competitors lossy compression, it’s not worth the poor user experience available with the competition and for cheaper. The ability to use voice control on HomePods is nice but doesn’t mean much if there’s not cross device control or some means of managing what’s playing. Hopefully Deezer can work on improving but for now it’s not for me.Show lessNimdae
Music is back!
Threw on flow in the other room while i set up the library transfer & was instantly impressed by the song the algorithm selected. The quality was also noticeably different from the other room. Now I’m listening playlists i haven’t touched in awhile getting lost in the sound. The interface is simple to use, actually also enjoy having podcast in the same app.
When apple announced lossless and spatial audio i was super psyched & as someone who’s been using iTunes for ages I’ve gotta admit, it’s not the smoothest experience, especially when it comes to track matching.Show lessKwesiMM
Everything is great 2 problems tho.
So I started by playing some games and then I heard about about this So I downloaded it was pretty nice I can play off-line I guess I’m gonna say and this is one of the best apps that I’ve seen only two problems The first problem is if Put in a track then it just plays other albums and if you think I didn’t spend any money I have premium also another problem premium doesn’t work I still hear ads some of the sounds are garbage and it still does not let me cut it and skip So fix the glitchesShow lessPatch this stuff up

I never take time to write reviews because 9 times out of 10 it is useless, regardless of the quality of the app. However, I’m blown away at the capabilities of this app. By far the best streaming app for music. The interface is seamless and smooth making it super easy to learn and navigate. You can download your favorite music or podcast to listen offline. They even have a mood for your music, to which you can adjust to 5 different mood settings, allowing you to add and subtract to tweak each mood to your liking. But the thing that really sold me was the ability to transfer all of your music from the other 8 apps and sites you use, and condense it all in one! The day for this should've came a lot sooner but I’m glad it’s here now, it is such a beautiful thing and makes music streaming effortless. All this for less than $10 month, you can’t beat it.Show lessdmorrone123

I had spent hours trying to find a free music app that did not require a subscription. When I found Deezer, I was thrilled. I looked at all the reviews and decided to try it out. It lets you do so many things. I like how it lets you pick your favorite artists. After using it for a couple days, I realized the app has a few minor problems. For instance, I hate how you only get 6 skips per hour. Also, I am pretty poor, and I don’t have much money to spend. With Deezer, it feels like it is only a good app if you get the subscription. There is one last problem that I had. It might just be me though. After I used Deezer for a while, my music stopped loading, and I wasn’t able to listen to anything. Is anyone else having the same problem? Overall it is not too bad of an app though.Show lessKyKySummer😜

The best streaming service out there! They pay the artists more than a lot of the others, have deeper cuts than the others, and you can stream at a much higher bit-rate than most services! Their artist curated playlists, and even the algorithm curated lists, are really great as well! As a musician with music on many platforms, this is the one I usually try to get people on board with over the past couple of years since I started getting into it, mostly so they can hear Montecore and Koalra in hi-fi if they don’t have the flacs downloaded from bandcamp or our vinyls/cd’s/tapes that are available at Gigantic Noise!Show lessKrandelkills

Hey, so I am a big fan of deezer. I love it a lot, I wish you guys made the search engine way more better and easier to find the right results. I search for a song and it doesn’t come up, I have to search the artist then it go thru all of his songs to finally find it. It’s kinda annoying, this happens also with my Xbox as well. Also you guys should make the app way more better with more features as well as add more categories for both music and podcasts. Thanks a lot!Show lessvlad404
