Great app that surpasses the online website
RTM iPhone app makes good use of the iPhone platform to deliver a great user experience. Maybe a moooo sound for reminders or notifications could be a trademark new feature one day. Just a shame you can't sync whenever you like (in the free version).Leachos77
Totally Worth It
There are so many GTD apps around filled with all sorts of bells and whistles, but often they have no clear "flow" or system of working. This app looks great, has a good system and if you are serious about getting your life organized and capturing "stuff", get this appbrookwarner

Being able to email tasks to yourself means you cross that barrier between email and a "trusted system" for all your tasks. I'm using it for my GTD system, and it's brilliant. I haven't used the Smart Lists yet, but there's a lot of chatter from those who have.
A great feature to add would be a project-oriented "Now What?" task, that once completed prompts for a next step, turns the previous task state into a note with a completion date, and then becomes your new action point for that project. A lot easier than having a placeholder project that is your prompt to think of a new task at review time.

Very Good, Could be better
There's some functionality I'd like to see added, like reminders ahead of the set time; but overall it's very good. The interface is different between my Mac and my iPad and then again my iPhone, with inconsistencies between the 3 versions ..... In our organization, we all use this app in preference to Calendar, because of the simplicity of sharing.Show lessMozza47

I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a low cost way to bring outlook tasks to your i phone. I have tried this and to do and prefer remember the milk because one subscription gets you the same features as 2 purchases and a subscription with to do. I use to have concerns with the interface ( too many screen changes to complete simple things)but after the latest update (overhaul)remember the milk is very sleek and ultra efficient.Show lessTappaks
