  • I love this app… just one issue

For some reason, I’m getting a ton of emails with my to-do list reminders. I have probably gotten at least 20 today. I used to get multiple emails… maybe 2 a day. I just figured that was a glitch. Now it’s a lot more. I don’t mean to complain. I just wanted the app developer to be aware so it can be fixed. Thanks. Otherwise, it’s a great app!

  • This is a great grocery and/or to-do list!

Recently I contacted the developer to ask a question (I am not a geek) and he was wonderfully helpful. Also, using the voice prompt for adding something has never failed to work - even with very unusual or complicated words. Very impressive.
  • The best To Do app

I’ve tried lots of apps (Todoist, Things, etc), but this one has a great layout. I like the separate screens instead of pop-ups, the easy note section and the way subtasks are handled. It may look slightly dated but it works and is solid. No need to change things just for the sake of it. Notifications are reliable. I don’t mind the cow logo (or monkey). Keeps me organised. Great stuff!

  • The Best!

I’ve tried and use several task and project managers in conjunction with Board positions I hold with various companies, Wrike, Teamwork, Trello, Basecamp, etc. We’ve also used high end CRM applications. I can honestly say RTM is the very best, simple yet powerful, fantastic GUI, manages all my work, my companies, and my life. My go to life manager. Works great on a desktop, even better on the iPad with the pencil, long press on tasks to change priority, date, tags, lists, etc. This is a “Gillette” situation, I liked it so much I tried to buy the company but it’s apparently run by a group of techies from around the world that like doing this. It’s apparent they do, works great, not commercialized, and not continually dis-improved to an over complex mess. This app can’t be beat!

  • Top notch

Still the best out there and highly customisable with no fancy and time-wasting animations (though the cow logo is questionable and still takes getting used to). Smart lists are amazing as well as its tight integration with Shortcuts and
    automation.

It would be nice if the UI was updated in line the other to do lists out there though, it’s looking a little old.

  • The best task app!

I've been using this app for years, probably since 2010. I've tried other apps, and nothing works as well as this one! I love the ability to set repeating tasks, to set priorities, and to create my own lists. It's simple, never glitchy, and easy to use. It's great for managing my life!! I can't rave about this app enough.

Plus, the support team is so helpful and nice! Always go to them before writing a bad review because I've found it's usually user error (aka me making a mistake in the app haha) versus anything wrong on their part.

  • Enjoying remember the milk

This particular app is living up to my expectations of what I hoped I would be able to achieve by downloading an online daily planner.
I am retired, so I only want it for my personal use.
I still have a lot to learn about how the app works but even in these early stages I am finding it is making a big difference to my daily life by allowing me to work out and structure my days activities.
I also appreciate the fact that I can look back on a day and see how much I have or have not achieved.
That last point is a tremendous psychological benefit to me.
One of the issues with retirement has been I sometimes wonder what I have done with my day.
Now as a result of using this app I know!
As I stated I am still learning and I think eventually I will upgrade to the pro version of this app.

  • Some issues

It doesn’t make sense to me how you can have an app to help you organize your to do lists, but not be able to organize it automatically by the time you need to do it. It’s also super annoying to set the time something needs to be done if you’re setting it at the same hour it currently is. For example, I set a task for today, last night at 11 pm. I wanted to do the task today at 11:15 am, but in order to set the time I had to first set it to 12, save it, and then go back and set it for 11:15. Utterly baffling and incredibly frustrating. I’ll keep using the app in the meantime but will keep looking around for something better.

We're sorry the app isn't working well for you yet. You can add a time when adding a task by tapping the clock next to the date (tap the clock next to "tomorrow" to set it at 11:15) or type "Do the task tomorrow at 11:15" and it will pick it up.  If you have any other questions we'd love to help more! You can reach us by email at help@rememberthemilk.com, through the app's Help, or on our website. 💙
  • An oldie but a goodie - desperately needs new icon though

The app functionality is amazing: everything needed, nothing that isn’t. GUI wise it’s maybe a little dated... just a little, certainly not enough to kill it - tbh it’s such a solid app it can afford that.

But the icon? Induces chills every time I see it on my Home Screen. I can replace it on desktop, but I can’t on iOS. I suspect it’s a devs in joke, a bit of humour, but for gods sake drop it or give us some in app options to change it. My phone is my personal device, and it rankles to have a sense of humour I really don’t share on my Home Screen every time I unlock it.

  • Productivity defined

I have used RTM for years now, off and on. I have recently committed myself to using it as my sole task management system. Its ease of use, its interface, and its intuitiveness make it a resourceful app for any number of users. Whether you use GTD or not, this app can definitely help you capture and organize your tasks and make you more productive.
