Glitchy
This app could be great but it is ridiculously glitchy. Messages disappear after they have been written. Half the time the app doesn’t open, and you have to keep closing the reopening. Making changes to the shared calendar are more difficult than needed. The really annoying thing here is that, given I’m in a high conflict situation with my ex, there is already a massive amount of emotion involved when using the app. When it is so glitchy is just makes things so much worse. The shared finances are good and work well. Please please sort out the app. At the moment I’ve paid a huge amount of money for something which, a lot of the time, is causing me even more stress.

Started well now terrible seeking refund
Paid a very large sum of money for one year subscription to cover my ex and I as this was recommend to me. Started well, functional beta video calling (crucial for us) perfect. Next week video calling stops, advised bugs will be ironed out by April. It’s now July, app frequently won’t open. Received messages NEVER show without closing and reopening app (I’m prompted by helpful email), video calling never works, sent messages are disappearing about 1/3 of time, so great care and effort to write sensitive messages wasted. I have to remember to copy and re-paste/re-send for when they just vanish. App supposed to problem solve awkward communication instead causes many more problems, messages not received as not sent(!), effort of re-typing; accusations of making it difficult as video calling fails, app just not opening at all so now given up and just using website. Utterly appalling experience, unethical to put people through this. Developers refuse refund as bought through Apple. Apple won’t refund as beyond initial period now having to pursue credit card company. Developers need to test and not (finally) ask me to show the problems). You are happy enough to take big money off people struggling I don’t have time to do your testing and have again paid big money I don’t have to use App Close (was sent some discounted prices after their trial period).

Simple and easy to use
This app has been absolutely fantastic. The web page version is more user friendly than the phone app. I have no issues with the phone app. It is a simple platform, it gives html simplicity. The best features are the tracking of all activity on the account. This helps identify what’s going on especially if you have notifications turned off. This platform allows me to share all information with a coparenting without needing any direct communication with a personal device. Expenses related to the children, document sharing, calendar information, contacts of relevant parties in the lives of the children, and my favorite part is having different conversation threads that can be labeled.
This is the most affordable parenting app available if you need a communication platform that tracks parenting conversations and activities but no video or phone calls. Just $170 for the whole family. No need for each parent to pay their own membership.

Keep getting charged
I continue being charged even after canceling the subscription. This is the second charge. I have made attempts to reach out about this. No one has gotten back to me. When I have tried to log in, it keeps saying my account doesn’t exist. It’s so disappointing and being charged $200 for the second time is really hard considering the cost of living. I will be taking this further.

Io durante la settimana tengo i figli tutte le sere eccetto una e la mia ex li tiene il giorno. Poi un fine settimana a testa dal venerdì al lunedì mattina. Non riesco a programmarlo così mi potete aiutare. Poi una volta che mi viene approvata una spesa non posso più aggiungere allegati a quella spesa posso solo commentarla ma anche lì non posso mettere foto di ricevute

Poor customer service
This app definitely has some bugs. It’s hard to locate certain features like “Journal” so I found out my co-parent never once looked at pictures I uploaded of the kids when they were with me. It’s expensive, but it takes at least 24 hours to get a reply. They gave me no warning that my subscription was going to renew, a year later… and won’t refund the $170. Save yourself the headache.

No customer service
The app works great until you have a problem. There is no customer service phone number. There is an option to text for help. Someone is supposed to follow up within 24 hours it states. I haven’t heard back for 4 days.

Adquirir la aplicación porque necesitaba obtener Video llamadas con mi hijo que solo tiene tres años cuando tiene la custodia compartida con su papá y la aplicación no termine de realizar las llamadas y se corta antes del primer minuto ni siquiera hacer la conexión. He tratado de comunicarme el correo electrónico. Y el portal de ayuda pero solo tienen un bot y en el correo electrónico no responde y he pagado la membresía más alta de 99 € Familiar y aún así la funciones no están habilitadas del todo. Quisiera por favor que alguien me informara sobre el problema o me devolvieran el dinero por qué no cumple la función por la cual yo la adquirí de antemano. Muchas gracias

This is by far the worse of these co-parenting apps. The calendar is difficult to set up and nobody answers their email to provide support. If it wasn’t imposed by my ex, I would never have used it.

We downloaded the app 5 days ago and have struggled with connecting with each other.
It has required constant communication via other means with the person you wish to limit contact with to try and sort.

Great calendar tool for coparenting
This is a great app for keeping a coparenting schedule. I love that it syncs with your Apple calendar on the phone. Only challenge is that updates you make do not always show in the local calendar, so there may be a bug. Otherwise great tool highly recommend.
Great Co-Parenting App
2houses is a fantastic co-parenting app. I really love the ability to easily track communications and payments. I also found the schedule component in the app very helpful!
Great option for Co-Parenting
The thing that made me choose this app was the calendar style and options 😊 I also love having all the information my co parent needs for our child easily accessible. Medical information, ID numbers, clothing sizes, contacts, and all other valuable information about our child is ready to find in the app. The chat option and shared photo albums are a nice option too, although we don’t tend to use them as much. The only down side is that we live in the US and it’s hard to talk to costumer service.

This app is a lifesaver, especially when it comes to significant other accountability and any confusion and date request changes for holidays. I would highly recommend.
