Timers Don’t Work
My blinds were just installed and I was able to install the app with no problem. I set up the scenes with times to open and close at certain times. This feature does not work when it’s supposed to. Today my blinds randomly closed at 7 am instead of 1 pm. No rhyme or reason as to when they decide to open or close. Hope they fix this in the app!

Nice when it works
Unlike some reviews, I was able to access my account easily with the help of the shades installer. However the app does not always work reliably. I have 3 shades that I created scenes for and I want those scenes to work at certain times. One of them was supposed to open 30 mins before sunrise. I woke up one day 3 hours before sunrise to see they were already open. And yes, it has the correct location in the app. Also some days some of my shades just don’t open, for no reason. I wanted to set them to open and close at certain times of the day and not have to think about it and unfortunately it just doesn’t do that.
I’d also love some sort of confirmation on the app to push to my phone to let me know when a schedule has happened. I don’t have a bridge though so maybe that’s not an option?
Anyway, basically when it works it’s great. It’s just that several times a week it doesn’t do what it should do for no reason and that’s annoying. That and it apparently doesn’t know my sunrise time.

App not App’ing
App is trash. Same problem as the other gentleman. Download app. Enter credentials. Say create account. App throws an error message instead of sending verification email. However, now in a loop where the email already exist when it shouldn’t or doesn’t exist when it should. Worse, the installers have no line of sight to app Support and nobody seems to know how to fix it. So my expensive motorized shade is just a brick on my wall.

Can’t establish account
Downloaded app and attempted to create an account. After entering email and creating a password one must wait for an email to finish creating the account. No such email ever received even after asking for it to be resent multiple times. Tried establishing an account with my wife’s email with same result. And yes we checked under spam. This app might work great, but I will never know since an account can’t be established.
