This is a great 30day workout app be prepared you might think that you can do 10 push ups but it gets hard
Why reading my clipboard
I cannot think of a good reason for this app to want access to my text message clipboard
So we just don’t know how push ups work
So normal push ups are beginner but incline (hands above your feet) are medium even though it makes it easier. And 10 push ups are advanced stage 2. Also V push ups (as the app calls it) are called pike push ups.

The app is not formatted correctly same issue with all these apps it was working but the developer doesn’t seem to respond to the issues it’s a major issue

Downloaded and attempted to start but the calendar is too big for the screen. Looks like a good plan tho.
Great workday pick me up!
I downloaded all 8 of these 30 day challenges and started them on different days to space out the rest days. I spend 8-14 hours at a desk for several months of the year and my exercise routine, already limited, becomes nonexistent during that time! Now i have an alarm set to go off every hour during my workday and I stand up and spend a couple minutes knocking one of these out. They are quick but that’s what I need. They get the blood flowing and honestly I have a few sore muscles so they are definitely working! I would definitely recommend getting them!

Cant tap on anything averything too big for my screen so cant start on day one

Calendar doesn’t fit on iPhone 11 screen so day 1 isn’t on the screen so can’t get started as it doesn’t let you miss days. Worked fine on my old phone
Worthless
Don’t wast your effort on this app. Everyone has the same problem with the font size. A simple fix but the developer is either inept or uncaring.

I use to like this app but the calander is way to big for my screen so I am unable to choose a day and the app won’t let me pick another day before the one before is completed. Can this be fixed?

I used this app for a long time, and it was great, have upgraded my phone and the layout is too big for the screen, please fix!! Can’t not choose which day I am on!!!
Used to be great
Bought a new phone and now I can’t use this app. It looks to be zoomed in and I can’t push on day 1. Would love it if that would be resolved.
App is unusable
Downloaded app this evening. I can’t even use it. When you open the app it is too big for my phone screen & it won’t let me shrink it. I try to tap on a day but day one is off the screen…it just kept telling me I have to start on day one. But I can’t even chose day 1. I deleted the app.
No, it doesn’t work
Used this app before on an older phone and had no problems. The app write up states that it works on iPhone 11, it doesn’t. You can’t see the whole calendar and the scroll function doesn’t work to allow you to change the view.
If the thing cannot be used in the way it’s supposed to be then it has failed. This sort of thing should be captured in basic testing before it is released.
