I have been using this app a very long time, and don’t do well with major changes, I downloaded the lite version in 2006, and was impressed by it so when I purchased my first iPhone I up graded to the pro version and paid for it, now I find out that I’m down graded to the lite version and need to pay an annual subscription for the pro version. This is not the first time I’ve been unhappy, last time it was due to everything being in a different language even though the settings said English, I know that was fixed although today I did notice when I went on something the app didn’t like I had a pop up with an explanation that I couldn’t understand due to a foreign language.
I tried fixing the purchase issue by pressing/touching the fix button on screen but it seems there was an error, please sort this out, after using the app for so long I would hate to have to change to a different one, but if this continues I will because of my dyslexia.
