For making a version for the iPad and had it in my iPod touch, I lost my iPod touch awhile ago and I was hoping that you came up with a version for the iPad, because the older version didn't work it kept on crashing, but since you develop a version for the iPad I downloaded Bible Promises and had no problems, Thanks again and God bless you!

Great Scripture App
I love the daily verse with the reminder. Plus has many other topical verses. I always start my in the bible. I can't stay focused long enough to read anything lengthy so have scripture apps. This is my favourite.jansensl
Just what I need everyday!
This app, by far, is my most treasured and valued app for the iPhone. Every day those verses speak to me and I am absolutely astonished and amazed at the way God uses this simple app to speak to me when I am so overwhelmed or consumed with what the world is saying to me! All though the first thing that I'm going to say is I'm not a huge fan of one liners. Because all to often they will be used out of contexts with the surrounding chapter. Usually the person means well but I urge people to research one liners before posting or witnessing. But used responsibly I think this is a great app and well worth the money. I send encouraging scriptures to my girlfriend all the time and even Facebook some of the verses.Show lesscolinlee

Too expensive
I am shocked! REALLY shocked!!! Isn't five dollars a bit much for this very simple little application? I sure do hope the developer is donating some of the profits to charity! Hmmm, I remember reading about the rich man having a bit of trouble getting into heaven. Like it would be easier for a camel to fit through the eye of a needle than for a rich man (greedy man) to enter the gates of heaven.
Furthermore, it lists having several translations, but none of them function other than the default translation. Even when changing the translation in settings, closing down the app, and then restarting the app, it refuses to switch to the preferred translation. Why list them if none of them function? In my opinion the chosen default translation is a bit too "common and casual" for the words of the HolyBible. It would be an improvement if the NIV or NKJV, or even the KJV functioned.
And for this the developer wants FIVE DOLLARS???? I am beyond shocked!!! And even MORE shocked to see that one of this guy's simple "Spot the Difference! 3" games actually has $139 worth of in-app purchases! WOW!!!!!Show lessSeatac33
Bible Promises
I appreciate this app as I have seen the Lord working through the verses that come each day. One day I was in the hospital ER waiting for a CT scan for something that could have been serious. While waiting the daily verse came up as Psalm 91:14-16. Verse 15 particularly spoke to me "(KJV) Psalms 91:15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I [will be] with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him." This was a special reminder for me that God will listen and answer my prayers. It was God's timing that I received that verse, that day at that time.Show lessMinisterMedic
