Very easy to use, just install the desktop software, load the itunes backup file (just click on a button) and there you have all your sms. Export whole conversation displaying the numbers and times of each text not only into an excel file in a few seconds. Highly recommended!Svetol80

DOES NOT WORK WASTE OF MONEY
I did everything followed the directions to a T like 5 times. It never would show my texts on the program on the computer. It really screwed me over I was depending on this for turning text conversations into the court and what do ya know last minute after this crap program did absolutely NOTHING! I had to download and buy a $50 program on the computer that actually did work!!Show lessem17gh

Didn’t work for me. Too complicated by having to use iTunes, updates everywhere and still no joy! Disappointing!JamDee73

Excellent app - work as expected
I use it to print all my SMS - follow the instructions provided and it works as described. Then, you will have to export the data in Excel to improve the layout.MisterMMM

Some features wish it could do
I downloaded the app to be able to print and keep a copy of conversations thru text. The only thing I do not like about this app is it does not download images sent thru the text like photos attached to the text message.KeiRies
Couldn’t get it to work
After trying to get this to work for hours I gave up. I had to make 47 screen shots of my sms screens. I would have paid 10x your asking price to have made this easier.
There has to be an easier way than trying to back up the data to my laptop then running an app on my laptop.
