  • Very Addicting

Very cool game... It's like stick run but with way better art designs.

Just a thought but it would be very cool to add color as you progressed in you run. Meaning that it starts off black and white but then maybe the billboards actually have a logo or color at 1000m or whatever. Anyways it would add a lot more flare to the game. The only iffy thing about this game would be the price but like I said if you continue to add more randomness and different objects and art while keeping it simple it would be great, maybe even rewards like blood and gore option for reaching X amount of meters too.

  • Canabalt Vs. Doodle Jump

They have very similar goals... Just stay alive! I am on both sides. Canabalt features (in my opinion) a better, more retro style of graphics. The soundtrack is as amazing as the graphics. Doodle Jump does have it's doodle style, but lacks any actual music. It does have sound effects, but they are very faint. Canabalt keeps players on there toes, where Doodle Jump is almost too predictable. I feel that Canabalt is overlooked because of the price, but it is well worth it. Now, I don't mean to say anything bad about Doodle Jump, because it does have power-ups in it. This is the only thing that bugs me. Besides that, for a game made as a test for another game, it is quite fantastic!

  • Good job of porting to iPhone

For some reason even though this is a very simple game I found it very addicting definatly 5/5
  • My favourite app - Hands down.

Honestly, I'll admit, I'm not a huge fan of repetitive gameplay (it takes a lot to keep my attention) but this game is as addictive as it is fun. I'm drawn to the apocalyptic noir style graphics, the witty comments the game will make when you epic fail (which will be, a fair few times, I might add) and the music compliments and heightens the gameplay. Simple, cool and classy, this game won't leave you dissapointed and only motivate you to beat your high scores (and others, via the interwebs)

  • Simple old school style fun

Don't be fooled by how simple the graphics appear, this game is insanely addictive and its simplicity is what makes it awesome.
There are no complicated controls, a single tap on the screen and you jump over obstacles (or if you time it wrong you jump down a gap in between buildings, oops) and the fact that the course is never the same stops the game becoming monotonous or boring. The soundtrack adds a dramatic tone to your "daring escape". The game is good enough that it doesn't need fancy graphics.

If you're looking for an easy to use addictive game, then this is the game for you.

  • Jump

One of the best pick-up-and-play games out there. Very moody, thanks to great music and sound effects, but easy to enjoy muted as well, with its great look and overall feel.

It's just too bad there's only one way to play it. If you're comparing the features of this title to what's available in other apps in the App Store, this should be a $0.99 game. There's a lot of potential for additional game modes here that I hope the developer soon experiments with (i.e. a double jump mode; an HP mode where energy is lost for hitting boxes; a "gravity" mode in which the character jumps higher and falls slower, etc.).

Very addictive as it is though. I dare you to play it just once.

  • One huge drawback

This game would've received 5 stars, but has a tremendous stability issue. Crashes on me quite frequently! Please fix!!!!!!!
  • Expensive, but great!

I was hesitant about buying this at first, as $2.99 is a bit pricey for a game I have been playing for free on the computer for a while. But I am glad I finally did! Very simple game play, but hard to master! But the thing that makes this game really great is the attention to detail that the devs have put into the sound. Throw some headphones on and you will see what I mean. It's incredible how great this game sounds.

The only thing I wish for is either openfeint support, or make the leaderboards all inclusive (meaning that the leadrboards should not just be the top 100 people, it shold be everyone), or allow us to add friends to our game so we can challenge each other in scores.

  • What the iPhone does best

Simple & addictive, this is the best example of what an iPhone game should be. The music & sound effects are fantastic, the graphics are moody & polished, the controls responsive, and the gameplay is randomised just enough to keep you coming back for another shot.

Price is steep but it's an indie developer. Go for it.

  • Best game on the iPhone!

This game alone makes the iPhone worth buying. The music was well thought out and completely supports the tense feel of the game. The one touch controls gives a unique ability in that anyone can play right when they pick it up but it still gives a good chalange for those who play it for a while. Although you can play it on the computer it's still worth the buy because of the updates that are iPhone only. Over all the best game I've yet come across and worth way more than 3 bucks. Thank you mostly secret!!!!
