Failure to communicate
Works only after getting a message "failure to communicate" when I login.. Press ok and it seems to work then onwards

Barely worked prior to the latest ios update, now it just crashes. Junk. Can't wait for my contract to be over. So many other options.
Works very well
The application works very well; it allows you to remotely arm/disarm the alarm. But prior to using the application you must first log in protection one website and then configure the phone (or other mobile devices) that will be used to run the app. Good luck.
Bad after iO7
Worked before but after update the app won't even start. Called customer service and they told me it was my wireless provider; seriously. I don't think so. Get your app going p1 or I am gone.
Has been great
Was a great asset being able to set alarm remotely but since new IOS it has not been working correctly. Lots of crashes. Hope update is coming soon.
Reliability
I rely on this app to manage my alarm (on/off). Any plans on updating this app to make useful again? I am seriously considering leaving the Protection One to a competitor because this app is critical for me.
No Bells and Whistles but works
This does work but nothing fancy. It gets the job done though

I'm being charged a monthly fee for this app, and it doesn't work!! It locks up on the select system page!!!! It worked great before the last update!!
Inconsistent
Works, doesn't work - sometimes tag app connects w no issues, other times not so much. Really frustrating to delete & add again. Even when it does work it is a very utilitarian app. Could do much better.

Yeah it does its job, functionality is fine.
I have one problem tho.
THIS APP IS AWFUL. In terms of UI, this app is probably one of the worst. A 8 year old can do better. In terms of UI soooo much needs to be worked on. So much. And being a developer, this isn't hard stuff AT all for an individual, let alone a large corporation.
