App doesn't work at all & no updates for over a year
This app worked off and on with iOS 5, and it doesn't work at all now with iOS 6. I'm a director of IT, and I know people shouldn't have to work so hard to get an app to work.
The app hasn't been updated in over a year. Ridiculous for what I pay to ADT. I am considering switching to ASG security per another reviewer's recommendation (thanks for reference!)

Too slow
App is very slow and often takes several attempts to get a connection. Very frustrating.
Update please!
The app visually could use some work but it does what you would expect. They have not yet updated it for the iPhone 5. Not sure what is taking so long.
Old-fashioned, slow, and...
...useless under iOS6. I had it working under iOS5, although connect times were REALLY slow. Now, after updating to iOS6, app not functional. Their tech support says it is AlarmNet that is the app's producer and try have not updated yet. Protection1 is prorating my remote access fee, but I want remote access back!

Too Slow and doesn't work!
I have to say it is a pretty awful app. Web it DID work, connect time was horrible. I would hate to imagine needing this in the event of a break in.

Works, but slow
I connected two iPhones to the app. It does work, but is very slow. I hope a future update resolves the slow response time
App works for me
Setup multiple iPhones via the web site and they both work great. The delay to connect initially is minor, but I hardly expect it to be instant. Once your connected, it is quite responsive. Very happy with the functionality. (I should note that we don't have cameras, so I can't speak to how they work.)

Works Great!!!
At first I gave a bad review, but have since reversed it. You need to setup permissions correctly on their website first in order to use this app. Call tech support if you're having trouble. I can arm/disarm through my iPhone. Very convenient.

The previous version worked occasionally... Now this app doesn't connect at all... I HATE ProtectionOne and can't wait until my contract is up... Horrible to have to pay a premium for remote access that doesn't work.... Face it ProtectionOne... You are RIPONG PEOPLE OFF....

I cannot believe they waited so long to update this app, and when they finally changed the icon and splash screen (in 2012) it didn't support retina display! That says everything about the effort being put into the development of this app right there!
