Liz ,was so kind to us and helped to eliminate some debt . We were alittle embarrassed and she said there is nothing to be embarrassed about . We moved most of our money to educators . But we are going to close our checking at chase and have all of our direct deposits at educators . Mine and my wife’s check and my pension check !

This app makes thinks so easy! Instead of going to the bank for things like Depositing a check, making a transfer, I can save time by easily doing those things on the app! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because no matter how many times I toggle “Remember Me” on the Login screen, I always have to sign in with my credentials.Show lessK-T w.

Finally fixed
I enjoy using the app for it’s convenience. (Note: many reviews are for the credit union itself, not the app) I’m glad that after 6 or 7 months they finally figured out how to make the landscape mode work again. It’s annoying that it took this long to figure it out, which is the reason for 4 stars.None1.2.3.4.5.
Reliable
This is one of the most easiest and reliable apps I have used. I bank also with US Bank and have had so many problems with the app . Transferring funds from savings to checking and vice versa without my approval, luckily it stayed within my own accounts.SB1968&

Not for iPads
Don’t be fooled by all the 5 star reviews, they’re for the credit union (which is great) not the app. I used to love the convenience of this app but the last update disabled landscape mode for iPads. Attempting to deposit a check causes the app to crash because it needs landscape mode. Developer aware of problem (I first complained at least 3 months ago) but in no rush to fix it (credit union support says it will be fixed eventually with an update). I don’t know why the developer is unable to make the app work as it has before with both portrait and landscape mode. Credit Union says it’s so “everyone has the same experience”?
