What lead me here and kept my service
Had a very bad experience with Trustone, they charged me four times for an over draft, first time ever overdrafted in 5 years and 120$ for a 5$ over draft because I had four transactions pending.. Educators credit Union has very very very intelligent and knowledgeable people. They help you even when you haven’t the knowledge to work it out yourself. You are the BEST!!! I use to bank at Chase and almost always had to fight to get things done. Usually had to end up seeing the manager to get anything done. You are so kind and attentive in all my transactions. I am so glad I switched to you. I recommend you to all my friends. 🙂Pyrolady65
Delete and reinstall if app doesn’t work
Delete and reinstall if the app doesn’t work after an IOS update.
This app works really well. Almost all the time. However, when there is a new update to the iPhone operating system, the app app stops working.
In my opinion, Educators Credit Union should be featuring a banner at the top of their page telling members to do this when the app stops working. I had to figure it out by seeing someone else’s one star review. This is just a stupid management decision on the part of the credit union. But the app itself is working just fine.

No Face ID Anymore
Need to update the app again so we’re able to use Face ID. It’s very convenient instead of typing in a password every single time we log in.Kayyyyyyyybeeee
Love the app
I was very irked when ECU updated their app because it struggled to connect to their servers. I noticed they figured out the problem about a week later & now has been running just as smooth as the original interface.
I love using the flash cash feature & being able to set up bank transfers to other accounts with this app. It’s really nice that I have the option to preview my balances before being prompted to log in.Show lessSky warp
Can’t pay bill
This app is petty fine. But lately I haven’t been able to make payments through the app. It just gives me a blank page when I hit “pay now.” Hopefully you guys can fix that soon. I really don’t like having to go to a branch to make a quick payment that I normally can do through the app.Might just delete it
