Update inconsistente

Após fazer o update, a app requer outra ativação, ao usar as credenciais anteriores a app não aceita, ao seguir as instruções para criar novas credenciais, o processo não funciona, o e-mail não é enviado e a chamada telefônica não é completada.

I love the fact of the easy access to customer service and to talk with a real human instead of annoying voice recording options, keep improving!!!

Modern for the 19th

You really need to have a bank account with MultiBanko to want to open a bank account with them. Not even taking about the app UI/UX.

EN/PT. Not quite!

Looks promising when you open the app. ‘Would you like to open an account’ in English. Click through and it’s in Portuguese. No way to change the language. I know, I should speak Portuguese, but surely the Dev team spotted this own goal?

Language conversion does not work

I would love to use the app but it only converts the first page in English and then goes back to Portuguese

Translate option doesn't work :(

Trying to open an account, but all the text is in Portuguese, even though "EN" is selected (and the text is in English) on the welcome screen! Please fix.

Annoying adverts

The app seems to forget that various product advertisements get dismissed.

For example, on the account screen, there are adverts for mortgage, investments, savings etc. I click the dismiss button (x) and they just re-appear whenever I open the screen again.

update broke the app - update da app deixou de funcionar

After last update I get an error saying operation couldn’t be completed. Now I can’t see my statements history, favorites and so on. App seems to be operating offline. Regret I updated the app

Depois do último update, ao abrir a app mostra um erro dizendo operação não processada. Agora não consigo ver o histórico de movimentos nem os favoritos, etc. Parece que a app está em modo offline. Arrependido de ter feito o update

Edit: reinstalling the app fixed the issue. Bit of a pain because if all the codes

Reinstalar a app funciona, mas dá algum trabalho por causa dos códigos.
