Fails at the first hurdle!

Fist question is which language to use. Portuguese or English. Select either one and it confirms that the selection has been made yet to commence as a new customer everything is in Portuguese!
So, the language setting is useless. Maybe it gets better but somehow I doubt it!

Great app, shame about the popups

Why do I get a popup about 'Bunda na fofinha' doing some live session if I've got ALL notifications disabled in the app?
Respect your own settings before nagging customers please...

For banking bad.

App regularly complains about missing connectivity (not true). So it has to be the backend. Mind this is a banking app, so my trust goes towards 0.
UI glitches: disappearing back-buttons from navigation bar in settings view.
All in all, it looks fancy and interaction is great. But guys, it‘s banking! Robustness comes first!!!! This is not en par with any other app (deutsche, revolut, zkb).

Great UI

The major enhancement to the app a few months ago is really good. Lovely interface and generally a pretty responsive app with lots of functionality.

Always striving to be better

This has always been one of the best banking apps on my iPhone. I’ve got british, danish, and dutch bank accounts, but Activo’s app tops them all. I very much hope they’ll keep it that way. I’m still trying to get used to the new user interface, but I think I like it already. Love the new design.

Stupid login process

The old app would log me in using Face ID every time. The new one opens on a blank blue screen. I have to press login and then it randomly refuses Face ID and requires a PIN. Either use a PIN or use Face ID. Switching randomly just means nobody ever remembers the PIN because they haven’t used it for so long. This is a terrible design pattern and does nothing to improve security.

New design is all looks, no utility

The most recent update tries so redesign the whole app. It destroys something that was really good, simple and straight to the point. It became a copycat of modern fintech look and feel, and now lots of operations require more clicks and scrolls than before.

Classic example why you should never go for complete redesigns.
You should always make UI changes gradually, learning and iterating based on user feedback

Como é possível lançarem uma nova versão sem suporte para iPad?

Sim, é possível instalar a app num iPad. Mas enquanto não for possível utilizar a App na horizontal é a mesma coisa que não existir no iPad.

Esta situação ainda é mais grave porque se trata de uma nova versão da App.

I cant rotate the screen

I have a keyboard with my iPad and iPhone and I cant use this app on the horizontal.

A aplicação so funciona na vertical, como e possível? Um banco totalmente online tem que apoiar as plataformas digitais e depois tem uma falha destas.
