Great App - Great Jobs!
This is a reliable and reputable company. They have Always paid on time and never once have I had any issues with their app. I’ve been using Field Agent to earn extra money for about a year now. When I first started I had not received my money for two jobs I had performed, yet it showed that payment had been received. I sent an email to customer support, was contacted within the next two hours, and payment was resent within the next 24 hours. Come to find out, it WAS MY FAULT and I had entered the wrong PayPal address (which is the only way you used to could get paid - they now offer direct deposit). They were courteous and quick to respond with several emails and my money. What else can you ask for?!?! Useless waste of screen space.
I’m in the U.K., which might be the problem. There appears to be NO jobs in the whole country when I search. All I get are messages asking me to fill in surveys and I COULD win £100 in a raffle. If there are no jobs in the U.K. this app shouldn’t be on the U.K. App Store. Awful app, awful experience, and it’s now deleted. No better than the survey websites that just want your information and then waste your time without ever paying out. My advice is to avoid like the plague.Show lessJazrich1981
Don’t waste your time
I did several jobs for Field Agent. The online surveys were ok but the in-store jobs that I completed were all rejected for a variety of reasons. I followed the instructions each time but I was told that my photos were too close up, too far away, didn’t show what was expected or didn’t show the entire display when in fact the entire thing was in the picture.
When it came time to cash out, I was charged $5 because my balance was under $50. Then when the e-transfer came, the sender did not identify that it was coming from Field Agent so I thought it was spam and didn’t accept the transfer. They then took another $5 because the transfer didn’t go through. Field Agent is a complete waste of time.Show lessPrairieSky7
You’ll want to keep this app as your dirty little secret
This is by far the best app I’ve come across & is a great way of earning a little extra money on the side. There are a range of different jobs including sampling food & answering a few simple questions. Being paid to try something - definitely can’t complain about that. The best thing is you can cash out as many times as you like whether it be $1 or $100 there is no minimum. The jobs are easy, relatively quick & have clear step by step instructions. Although you may find yourself not wanting to mention it to too many people and keeping it as your dirty little secret, as jobs get snapped up fast.Show lessKirraflea

Field Agent is Bait & Switch
DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP! IT’S A SCAM!
I’ve been using Field Agent for over 3 years with a PERFECT record of approved/accepted jobs. Well over 300 jobs completed and approved. That means nothing when you have issues with the app or jobs! They treat all “agents” like crap!
But new users definitely get a lot of jobs thrown their way to get them addicted to the app. The gradually the job opportunities and pay dwindle or disappear. It’s definitely bait and switch. There have been times where I’ve gone 6-8 months with no jobs at all within a 50-mile radius of my house...a radius which includes Baltimore and Washington DC (and even into the Philadelphia Suburbs).
Anyway, recently started having issues with job approval times climbing to well over a week or two. I wrote an email to their “support” people. Didn’t hear back for 5 days and when I did, it was a cookie-cutter response. So I replied and asked for some more information. Within an hour they emailed back and said “as you have requested, we have cancelled your account & all pending jobs/payouts”. So I complained and they cancelled my account, took the money I had earned and denied all of my jobs that were pending (thus stealing more money from me). And they called me a 5-Star Agent in the past with a PERFECT record. This is how they treat their best agents?

Good app... But could improve
App is easy to navigate around and allows you to go back and forth on questions.
Frustrations include unable to type on horizontal screen. Unable to get access to original instructions when completing assignment.
Photo taken do not save to library. Some photos I took did not process and I was unable to provide photos. I was denied payment because of this.
Also the enlarge image function of your photo does not work on IPhone 7, so you cannot check the clarity image. I was then denied payment due to my photo not being in focus. This was frustrating and I could not check of this was correct ad I could not check my library.
Lately the in the assignments a bug has become apparent. You cannot see the image they have in the guidelines. This occurs in the GoPro assignments. You need these images to check the guidelines as these guys are quick deny payment for smallest in accuracy.
GPS function is generally good. But I was denied payment when I uploaded a coffee assignment in central Sydney. Despite uploading the assignment at the designated location, my GPS hit a mobile which a sister Cafe used. I was denied payment as they said I did not complete the the check at the correct cafe. I had no receipt or a photo to back myself up.Show lessred_man073
Great way to earn extra cash
Field Agent is easy to use and easy to navigate. You need a computer to set up how your money goes into your PayPal account, but you only need to do this once and then transferring of money is done through the app. There is always a variety of jobs in your area, and the jobs have easy to follow instructions from start to finish. You can preview the job first before you accept it, so you know what you are going to be asked to do.

I love this Field Agent!!!
I never write reviews, but I wanted to take the time out to recommend this app!!! The pay is reasonable and the jobs are fairly easy just make sure that you read the instructions carefully. I’ve done several of jobs, I’ve only been denied a couple which were my fault. (misread instructions) Job acceptance takes usually 48 hours sometimes a little longer but it’s coming. Never had a problem with cashing out and Field Agent is pretty prompt answering your email. I love this app and I plan on using it for many more years to come!!! SCAM! Terrible customer service and policies regarding payment! YOU WONT GET PAID!
I have noticed that similar reviewers of this app have also experienced the same misfortune as I; having your account suspended and not being paid because they are inclined to believe that apparently you did not complete a task by there “instructions” or “standards” so you will not get paid.
The exact same thing happened to me where I spent 3 HOURS of my day going around to different convenience stores/gas stations to complete the Tobacco audits ($6.75/completion, up to 20/day). I first had to take a picture of a 2% bag of milk (to prove I was there), and carryon with asking the cashier “what are your cheapest cigarettes?”. If the cashier provided the right brand in their answer, I was instructed to say that they won a gift card and would need their full name. Due to me being a complete stranger, no additional information on how employees would receive these gift cards, and general paranoia surrounding personal identification fraud or theft, many of the cashiers chose NOT to give their full names to me. This seemed to be okay as there is the option to select that they did not want to, and you were then instructed to thank them and walk out. After taking a final picture of the storefront, I submitted the tasks.
A couple days ago, I was denied 18 of the 20 that I completed due to them believing that it is “statistically impossible” for 18 of the cashiers I interviewed to not supply their name as they have “stats” saying it is only less then 1% who choose not to provide their name (this is complete bs in my opinion). I then received a response to my email saying essentially I would not be receiving any money for the 18 “denied” tasks (that’s around $122) even though I did complete the tasks with integrity and followed all instructions. This is technically illegal as I completed the training/back ground checks and ultimately performed the service I was paid to do. Without hearing me out or showing willingness to discuss the matter or confusion, they banned me from the site and ended the email with “there will be no further communication on this matter”. There treatment of what is supposed to be their employees is disgusting.
Moral of the review: DO NOT SIGN UP for this application. If for some reason the reviewers are inclined to think that you didn’t follow the rules they will refuse you of payment and will ban you from accepting any more tasks. Try another site or do something else to make the few extra dollars.
Message to Jeff (the “President of Field Agent Canada”): Your tone and lack of communication in your emails illustrates how poorly managed and fraud-like your company is. Instead of wanting to talk to me about the situation, your approach by saying “I’m the founder and this decision lies with me - no further communication” leads me to believe that you have experienced problems like what I have, but have made absolutely no effort in changing to ensure it doesn’t happen again (as there are reviews from way back addressing the same concerns I do). Round of applause for your “great” management abilities (sarcasm).
