HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE
DON’T SIGN UP FOR THIS!! I undertook a Costco task that took a fair amount of time to do. The task was to see if they sold Tim Horton’s decaf single use pods and Tim Horton’s caffeinated single use pods. Costco does in fact sell BOTH. Unfortunately Costco had mislabelled their pricing sign over the caffeinated version and labelled it with the decaf sign. I was denied because Costco made an error. I asked what I was supposed to do in that situation, ie: do I say that they don’t sell it (even though the product is sitting there, with the incorrect sign) or do I go and ask management to change the sign? Seems reasonable to me, no? The response from Jeff, who’s is apparently the general manager, was “you took a picture of the incorrect product and this is the last we will discuss this”. This is NOT the correct response from any one never mind the general manager. If this guy gets fired then I may try this service again. They Deny Jobs That Should Be Approved
This app started off fine….. Until recently when they started denying jobs that should be approved. I have submitted lots of jobs, no issue…. then have received about $20(ish) worth or denials resulting in free labor and reports for them. I would advise you, as I now plan to do, do 1-2 jobs at a time, wait for approval then do more. Also, use a screen recorder while recording video while doing your work in stores and completing your report, this way, you have proof of your work, as well as video of the stores you are auditing and the report you are completing. This will come in handy should you need to file a complaint with the bbb or anything of the sort.Show lessBrittney775
Let’s get things straight
This is a great app to make side money on. I know the reviews are mixed. But to continuously be compatible with a “job” u have to do these free ticket questionnaires to be matched with them. I used to have not many around. Then I did those and so many jobs would pop up after. You get paid if you follow directions and do it correctly. They literally guide you every step of the way on how to do it. They even include pictures of what they want!! I’ve had no complaints I always get paid out. And it’s nice to get free food and drinks (after reimbursement). And you can cash out at any time into your personal account no need to wait to get to a certain amount.Show lessJinxliz
Free Alcohol but that’s about it, don’t waste your time
So I’ll start off by saying the free alcohol part plus reimbursement of 90% is cool. I got a free 6 pack of my favorite beer and some seltzer’s and got paid a few dollars on top of the 90% reimbursement (living in CA). But do NOT waste your time with their actual jobs. I’ve tried about 5 stores in total. 3 Ralph’s stores which had ZERO items (they are described TERRIBLY in field agent literally like a 4 year old wrote what to search for) and a few in BevMo. I completed two tasks in BevMo and they refuse to pay me $5 for each one, which also is not legal to do so. So unless you want to go down the road of a small claims lawsuit against this company for regular to pay its workers after completed tasks (because of UPC codes they provided that we’re incorrect…) then trust me, do NOT bother. Waste of time and waste of gas. Also illegal what they’re doing

Very good, but there are better alternatives
Up until recently, Field Agent was my favorite app for micro work. Ever since I discovered two other very similar apps (one for scavenger hunt type tasks, the other is for taking photo audits of local properties/businesses), the things I dislike about Field Agent are more prominent. In comparison to the other two, the pay with Field Agent is $1-2 less per task and more importantly the time to get paid per task and cash out time is painfully slow. With the other two apps, pay is typically same day or next day and cash out is almost always instant (and definitely always same day). With Field Agent, it takes about 5-6 days to get paid for each task and an additional 5-6 days from time of cash out until actually receiving the funds. Despite all that, I still always check Field Agent on a daily basis; as the tasks are easy, quick, and rarely is a task rejected. For context, I’ve been using Field Agent for approximately two years now. Lifetime earnings add up to $295 for Field Agent. The two aforementioned similar apps I’ve mentioned I’ve only been using for about two months. Year to date earnings = $310. Overall, I still enjoy Field Agent very much but wish they would catch up to the other apps in their category in terms of PayPal cash outs and also amount paid per task.Show lessHolly Woulld
Great little side hustle app!
Everyone should have this app downloaded. It’s such a simple, easy way to make quick money! There’s always regular tasks that pop up, but you do have to get in quick. The app is so easy to use. You can search jobs via your location, assign them to yourself and usually complete them all in one go. The surveys created are also simple, easy to understand and not repetitive at all!Show less718378x
Pocket Money and Lots of Fun
I have been using this app for a while now. Jobs are there if your patient and once the jobs are posted, be quick as first in first served. The jobs are quick and simple to complete. My young daughter loves coming shopping with me when I've accepted a task, she loves being a secret agent with me. I actually have been paid, my earnings where transferred into my PayPal account. Great App - lots of opportunities
Fantastic app- have used it for a few years now! Easy to navigate through. Always something new. Be honest and and provide genuine feedback as it really does help. Always payments are made provided you follow the instructions. Creates opportunities for a little something different like reviewing a a store or a product tester.
