As a adventurous woman trying to learn how American culture work . I find this gig economics app very interesting . I been doing some missions for a while for extra income , walk , for fun , sometimes learn what will be coming from retailers but it gets frustrating when you get new customer services agents “ M B” that might not be as empathic with you if you got 40 pictures done one fail , all the job crash . Also due to my heigh as a short woman 4”9F I find hard to do some of the higher shelves as some retails that honestly i can not see well then the denials comes if you didn’t reach that unreachable shelf . My favorite jobs so far are ratings and reviews , buy and try , restaurant and food reviews . The others that require you to put miles , gasoline , driving and time spent in the store and taking chances too not get approve are frustrating . My favorite jobs are the one or two pictures jobs basically in and out of the store . After all I been now for a while in this app . It will be nice to have a live agent when performing the job to ask questions Instead receive the denial .Show lesssingle latino mom 1

I feel like a total mug. I read the one review for the app and signed up, worked for a year for them, then boom - app no longer shows any jobs, anywhere! So it allows you to work upto the minimum transfer amount, then bang! You can’t do earn the last amount to cash out, as there’s no jobs. Absolutely feel conned. I’ve sat probably 8 weeks now hoping it’ll change but nope! And yes I have the latest update for the app. The one button which states “Contact us” doesn’t work, no way of contacting them, hence my review to warn others not to waste your time. Easy and kinda fun
I like to do audits for Field Agent. It’s kind of cool being in a position to oversee a stores compliance with certain companies product displays. My first experience with the app went like this: I was on my way home from a meeting and I checked my app and noticed that there was a store like a quarter mile down the street on the way home so I said let’s try this out. I went into the store and I had to look for battery displays it was a little confusing at first figuring out exactly how they wanted me to do things but after the first few sets of pictures I sort of got the hang of it they just want you to have a clear pic of the displays with some surrounding area so they can tell where it is. It’s really simple and I was worried about how long it would take to get paid but I just checked and like three hours after the job I was paid. Thanks field agent. Oh also I kinda got a little too into it. I felt like a secret agent because some stores where I’m from will kick u out if ur filming like certain liquor stores. I like this app! They payout and approve SUPER fast. Jobs are simple and explained thoroughly. My first week of using it I had no issues and made 100. Audits would be posted and stayed for days. Now it’s super glitchy. I’ll wake up in the morning and check and see like 6 audits posted. I’ll think to myself “let me get ready for the day and accept the audits” I come back an hour later and they are gone and then a hour later two are back and then later non and then an hour late one. Also by chance if go ahead and hit accepts for an audit I keep getting the “job already taken message” which is live in an area where no one seems to do these. I updated my iphone and I’m still have these glitch type problems with the app.Show lesser26483_
Barely any jobs, low pay, many glitches
I used to like this app but now it’s terrible. There are barely any jobs anymore (I don’t count those terrible scavenger and eye spy jobs). And when a rare job does appear I try to click it and it says “job no longer available”. I constantly have to delete and redownload the app because when I refresh for jobs there’s “system errors”. Also they lowered the pay significantly for some jobs. For paper product jobs you used to get $8-$13 depending on the store but now you only get $3 for the same amount of work. Costco oil studies used to be $8 but now they are $4.60. It should be illegal to pay so low especially since since I’m in California. and to CUT WAGES this year when gas is up so high. A year ago I would’ve recommended this app to everyone but now I would never. Very disappointed in what this company has become.Show lessLunadonna
EyeSpy offers are a waste mostly
I tried some eyespy offer since they were close by. The description says it cannot guarantee the item is there , but someone purchased the item a within a few weeks at the location. I went to several location and spoke with management to be told they haven’t carried the items for several months or that the never had the item. Unless you are already going to a location, I wouldn’t waste my time. 99% of the items I tried finding, this was the case. That alone turned me off to this app, time wasted. There were even items that matched the description and name exactly, but had a different UPC than Field Agent. Management at the locations confirmed that was indeed the item and said they generate their own UPCs in store. Still no pay out.Show lessMickle Fickle
The company finally agree to reimburse my expense as well as credit.
The company initially refused to reimburse my expenses plus 3 bucks credit. After back and forth negotiations, the agent finally decided to pay me product expenses and job reward. It is not easy to get job done. I have to buy it, take photos, and write proper review, but I got declined at the first place. My blood pressure was getting higher for no compensation at the beginning. By the way, the app is updated slowly. It is not easy to cash out. You have to input your bank information. I would rather they could transfer my balance to my PayPal or issue me a check to security reason. Since they credit my money, I change 0 star to 4 star.Show lesslopehhhh
Will never use this app again.
Accepted to do two missions close by me as I was really struggling for cash. I completed the missions, and I am still waiting for them to be even reviewed and accepted after more then two weeks. Sent several emails and had not a single response. Will never use again.hay1288
I would rate this 0 stars if possible
I have been trying this app to make extra cash. I’ve wasted more than 10 hours trying to go to different stores however, I only got 2 jobs approved out of 19 that I did. I took tons of photos! Followed every instruction but keeps rejecting every job for no reason. I regret even trying again and again but their system is totally unfair. I warn you not waste your time with this scam! Amazing app, but very few jobs for me now
This app is pretty incredible. I started using it about 2 years ago and became the biggest fan. I did jobs all the time. One month I even made a whopping $400! It was my favorite part time gig, and if I had the chance to work for field agent full time testing products and writing reviews I would. I love trying new items and giving my very honest feedback. This app truly brought me genuine joy amidst a very hard time in our world. I looked forward to opening it every day, wondering what new jobs I could do and how I could help my family with even just a tiny bit more income.
But sadly, for many, many months now, there are far fewer jobs available to me. There are some scavenger hunt jobs, some eye spy jobs, and occasional audits. But I don’t think I’ve seen any opportunities to try and review products for several months now.
I don’t mean to complain, as I know it’s such a wonderful gift and privilege to get to do these jobs at all. I’m not owed these jobs, nor entitled to them. I just miss them. They were so fun.
There are still many great ways to make some extra cash doing the scavenger, eye spy and audit jobs. But I think the review jobs were my favorite, preferred jobs, and I’m just missing them. I hope I get the opportunity to do them again some time in the future!Show lessGamer McGamerton
