App doesn’t let you log back in until you uninstall
Honestly, not a bad app. It does what it says on the tin. Camp bow wow is also my favorite place to take my dog, so this review is for the app only and not the service.
My problems with the app are:
1. Video feed for the cameras takes a long time to load, if it loads at all. This is a common issue with live cams, so this is more just annoying than anything else.
2. Recently, I tried to open the app and it would just crash. It flashed a ‘token expired’ message that I could barely catch after a few tries. I’m assuming the token was invalidated due to the recent update, but instead of taking me back to the login page the app just died. I had to reinstall in order to be able to login again. Good way to lose business
Current version of the app crashes immediately before getting past the splash screen. If you go to the website instead, the most obvious “make a reservation” link directs you to download the app. How can I make a reservation if the app is broken? Good way to lose business. (There is a way to make a reservation online, but it is not as easy to find. I suspect many people will give up before finding it).Show lessSomethingsomethingreview87
App remains dated
This app has been slow to catch up. It lags between camera switches and requires extra unnecessary steps to do so. The app dos not have a ZOOM function. It is difficult to see if you are looking at the right dog. Please let us zoom! This is such an easy software adjustment/fix. They have however Finally caught up with showing customer pckgs and how many days are used. Does not always work
I do many things online. This app does not consistently work correctly. The main reason I use it is to make appointments and it has not been working for me for some time. I have logged out and back in. I have checked for updates. Nothing has worked. It’s frustrating because often when I think about making an appointment it is during busy pick up times for my location or it is before or after hours. Font size way too small-EDIT
Everything is hard to read as the font size is too small. I’d love an account info page where I can see how many days I have left in my account for prepaid packages. The cameras don’t always load correctly, stating “video feed is invalid!” But if you just click away then click back it works so there’s something buggy there. I do like the convenience of being able to just use the app to book a day. My location doesn’t answer the phones.
Font size was fixed, it’s way easier to read now. Thank you for adding in a package tracker section! So nice to look on the app and see how many days are left from my package. Thank you!Show lesssmvic1013
Good overall, not great
I appreciate having this app to book reservations for my pup. I have a wish list of improvements:
1. Allow booking of all grooming services and extras. I can select a bath or a full groom. However, my dog does not require shaving. I’d like to be able to select a large breed bath and nail trim. I currently cannot do that.
2. Be able to automatically know which playroom my dog is in instead of having to search through all of the playrooms.

I signed up for the app so I can view my dogs when I’m away. I had used a previous version which was very simple to use and I don’t think required a password. Any way the new version requires a password to view the app and when you open the app you now have to select your location rather then default to the location you select at sign up. Once you get there and try to view the livestreams it doesn’t work well and sometimes requires several taps on the screen to finally open a stream and it doesn’t work. They also have training videos on how to use the app which really should not be necessary for a well designed app that should be intuitive to use and the selection buttons should bring you to the screen you select rather than back to the selection menu. I do not direct any criticism towards the location of the kennel but rather to the incompetent app developers who roll this crap out without a thorough test. I feel like I have been deceived into signing up just for this app just for them to mine my information. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. IT SIMPLY DOESN’T WORK.Show lessTrampus88
Cameras Don’t Work
Cameras either don’t load at all or appear to be mislabeled whenever they rarely decide to work. This app is so much worse than the old one. The only reason it’s not a one star is the ability to manage your reservation somewhat works. It’s still frustrating to be pay $50 per night and not being able to actually check the cameras.Show lessJessicaB1996
Camera player needs adjusting
A a big reason why I use the app is to view my dog while at daycare. However, this new app gives you a very small video that you cannot make larger. The video gets cut off while flipping to a horizontal view as well. If this was updated I would enjoy the app a lot lord.
