Good concept, poor execution
This is a great idea, in theory, but needs improvements and updates. First, it would be great to be able to tag your location, so you don't have to choose every time you open the app. Second, it tends to pause, and I've had to close out the app to get it to refresh and play live again. Additionally, the video quality isn't that great, so you can only see grainy video, regardless of what type of network connection you have. Perhaps that's on the individual location, but that would be a great improvement. Overall, it's great to be able to see our puppy have fun, but it's sporadic coverage at best.Show lessLauren's Face
Why no updates??
I really wish you would update this app. While I love being able to check in on my pet, I don't like that it freezes. Wish you could save the location you use, and that once you choose which camera to view the scroll bar would hide so the images could be larger. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!! iOS is now at version 6 going on 7 this app is still at 3. Come on Camp Bow Wow find another developer for your app or get on this one to do some work on it. No updates since 2010 really? For as much care as you give my dog I would think peace of mind for the parent would be up there too.Show lessmsgnrbnr
Needs a lot of work!
While this app enables me to view my dogs, it freezes and errors out A LOT. I have been trying to watch my dogs for the last 5 mins and it has frozen at least 10 times and Ive had to kill the app and start over. Quality is not great.
I would also recommend an option to minimize the Camera 1, Camera 2, etc selection box so you can get a full screen and better camera view. It takes up half the screen and you have to squint to see anything!!Show lessHappyHooves
Life Saver
This was our puppies first day and oh boy was I nervous!! On top of that I had to run my wife to an appointment and it was snowing and I knew I wasn't going to make it home to view the camera online. So when I got my wife to her appointment I promptly downloaded the app and instantly seen my little one running about having a great time. As see would go outside I would flip to the outside camera without a snag or delay what so ever!!!! I was so relieved and so happy for this app - as I had read all the poor reviews. I had absolutely NO problem - i watched ALL day, watched on all cameras, logged on and off - it was smooooooth..... A BIG 5+++++ for this app !!!!!!Show lessJeffandCJ
Best $1.99 spent!
I nearly did not buy the app because of the poor reviews. Seriously it is an awesome app that allows you to watch your babies play while they are away from you. I got the same quality on an iPhone 4 as when I view it on my Mac or pc at home. It's grainy and slow frame per second but it does it's job.
And about the scrolling to find the center each time? Small inconvenience. I'm sure you do more scrolling per day on Facebook anyways! And you never complained about that one!!

Happy with it!
This is a good app. I have been able to see my dogs. It's not perfect, it's still shots that change more or less quickly depending on your Internet connection...but I have been able to watch my dogs and see where they are most times I've logged on...several times daily. Great, simple App
Don't expect to have super high quality video footage- it is exactly the same quality as the camper cams on Camp Bow Wow's website. Ive been using this app while on vacation, mostly using 3G (on my iPhone) and I've had no trouble whatsoever getting it to load. DEFINITELY worth the $1.99 I paid for it. Great app
I've used the website in the past to view my "kids" while out of town. Having the app made it so that I could check in on them no matter where I was. I was especially impressed with seeing that the employee was playing with all of the dogs and seemed to enjoy hanging out with them. It seemed like more than just a job to him. The quality of the pictures was the same as if I was checking in on them via the website - a bit fuzzy-so can't blame the app for that.Show lessCurious new iPad user

Being able to see my pup = priceless. Thankfully to have the app and a great day care to match.
One suggestion. Please leave cameras on at nap time.
To those leaving bad reviews you should make sure you have a good Internet connection. Also try again because sometimes they are restarting the cameras. And of course u can call tech support before leaving a worthless bad review.Show lessTheOfficialReview101
Great App
Very easy to use...and very simple ..I was surprised at how well it worked..video looked very nice on my iphone 4s ...Now I am wondering can I use this on my new IPAD...that would be sweet...I love watching my Rottie (King) have so much fun ...Thanks I wish I would have known about this earlier....The price was ok after I realize it was a guy that made it not Camp Bow Wow...I used to watch on my laptop...but now I can watch anywhere when I have a few moments...Camp Bow Wow doesnt have cameras in sleeping area...I think the video quality must have to do with the phone type because on my iphone 4S it looks great...Now...bring in the HD cameras...that would be cool.Show lessGloria (Kings) MOM
