New app issues
The recent app update removed my login info. I tried resetting my password, no luck in finding my account. Started setting up a new account and got to the part to pick my location, but I keep getting an error message telling me to wait in progressively larger increments every time I try to select a location. Went to the website, but got the same problem there. Seems there hasn’t been enough testing before releasing into production.Show lessWheel House
Horrible App Update
I was prompted to update my app and now it completely wiped my previous profile. I am unsure if my dogs reservations I previously submitted even stand and not sure if I need to resubmit all the vaccine and feeding info. I can’t even get past certain screens in the app. It keeps saying there are internal errors. I’m worried as my dogs have a reservation next week and I can’t even get to the cameras to watch the dogs.Show lessJennO23
New Update is Stuck
I’m not able to get into the app since the update. It has me stuck at entering my name and phone number after logging in, even though I already re-registered. It’s giving me an error about too many log-in attempts. I’ve only tried twice. Guess I’ll wait for another update to try to use the app…….Smatmar

Camera don’t work
My dog has been in camp for two days. I call tell them the camera don’t work and they just tell me no one else as call in.

Cannot rotate orientation on iOS 16
Whenever you want to watch your dogs, they’re basically microscopic now because the rotation is broken. It used to be that you could rotate your phone horizontally and see a larger view of the play yard. Now it either doesn’t enlarge at all or if it does, it gives you a quarter of the view and you cannot zoom in.Show lessDana's angry
Broken on iOS 16
The video doesn’t adjust on portrait/landscape correctly after updating to iOS 16.
Prior to iOS 16, the full screen was cropping the video depending on the phone screen size (and it shouldn’t).
Also it would be SO SIMPLE to auto load the cameras from a preferred selected location. The favorite option is pretty much useless.
2 years without an update is ridiculous, CBW stopped in time and is not really focusing on their customer.
A mobile app for CBW could have so much potential to allow Customers to check they pre-paid days balance, get reminders when running out and even allowing us to purchase more day care packages or even an auto-purchase when balance reaches certain amount of days. This would certainly bring a LOT of benefit for CBW Team Members up front, particularly at checkout and these abilities would minimize their need to charge a customer and have other customers waiting during peak time. Come on, CAMP BOW WOW, look ahead and don’t stay idle just because you have a business running, tomorrow a competitor can come with all the features you’ve been ignoring and you will lose business!Show lessLloprete

Screen way too small
Please fix it so that we can view the video in full screen on the iPad! Some of us have old eyes and if there are multiple dogs with similar coloring, it can be really difficult to determine which one is ours.SallySue24
