Lazy programming
The app disables the camper webcams during their down times using your devices local time instead of the Camp Bow Wow location local time. This is incredibly inconvenient when you're in a timezone that's 8 hours different, on a trip. You can't watch any of the cameras until your local time matches the operating hours of the location where your dogs are.
Please change this. I am gone for a few months and would love to be able to see my dogs when my wife drops them off.Show lessryansteel87
So Much Scrolling!
It’s great to be able to watch my dogs at camp. However, this app could be so much better if you could save specific locations (and even a specific camera) and easily return to it instead of scrolling through the entire list of locations.DLeigh03

Can’t see cameras
I’ve deleted and re-added this app 3 times already and the cameras are still not appearing. I pay to be able to check in on my pup while we are away so this is bs. Fix it.hjfjfjcjdjkskcncjd

They do not care for your dog. It took a year and a lot of $$$ to cure our dog that contacted Leptospirosis at Plymouth MN location. Btw Leptospirosis is a relatively rare bacterial infection that affects people and animal. Think twice before you send your dog to camp bow wow.corrupt hillary

Always buffers, no video
Every time I try to watch the cameras for my location it says “buffer” and then it’s a black screen. I’ve be assured the cameras are on and working fine and was told it must just be the app. Would love help resolving this issue!msmelissaa
Want full display cam? Rotate your phone
CBW app users like to complain of small cam picture...well, just rotate your device and the picture goes full screen. It’s not rocket science.
CBW app is great to have. Gives you a good sense of the pet areas, but without allowing you to micromanage (which is good), although it would be nice to have faster fps rates.
I was also thinking it would be good to possibly have audio from the cams, but that’s really not that big a deal and defeats the purpose of trusting CBW with your pet. I’m sure it’s a gigantic bark-a-thon and pet owners don’t really need to hear it.Show lessAID145864
