I purchased an eSIM when I was in Italy. I got an Italian phone number and it worked great for calls and data. However, when I went to deactivate my account, everything is in Italian. That wouldn’t be so bad, however, I had to translate everything using my phone. When I asked the app how to deactivate my account, it gave me 181 different choices. It’s impossible to look at 181 different choices when you have to translate each one from Italian into English. You need to have an English version in order for people to be able to do things like deactivate their account. And many other things like, topping up your account.Show lessgarbaby

I’m an American living in Italy! This app has improved so much over the years. I can find what I want quickly and activate and disactivate extra services quickly in the app. Perfect for when I travel in Europe, Middle East, and in the United States. Hard to navigate and use, unreliable
I like that my SIM numbers show up automatically, but that’s just about the only thing that is easy and reliable in this app. Whenever I get a text from Vodafone with offers or suggestions to reup my data, the link takes me to the website, the site pushes me to the app, and then the specific offer I am trying to activate is difficult to find or just not listed at all. Payments are often refused for unknown reasons, though that probably has more to do with my bank. And, ironically, the app is one of the slowest to load while on the VF network. The biggest thing that I think is so head-smackingly obvious and yet is baffingly not offered is the ability to change the app language. If I’m buying a sim, there is a non-negligible chance that I speak a language other than the main language of the country coded on the SIM. For something as fundamental as phone service—whose advertising you are often directing toward tourists—why would you make it impossible to change the language of the app? I tried for months to entrr my app and the access has been denied for " wrong password ". Later I tried again and it started to quel again , but even do I have two vodafone sims and I can post onnit only one . Old fashion app and not usefull at allgiothecold
Unusable
I never can get through to support. Im constantly having to recharge or “top up” even though I have a plan that supports travel and for the love of all things, PLEASE add a feature to translate the app or change the language preferencesSolaray
My dream for this app to change language
Not everyone that uses an Italian sim speaks Italian. Italy gets a million tourists a week. I give 5 stars because it just detects sim and number and logs in without having to setup an account. And 250mbps download speeds so works well once you get going but to recharge need to walk to the Vodafone store again.Show lessJimmyHere

The App doesn’t work, it says service not available try later every time!!! And by the way, the speed of the internet service is pitiful. I can’t wait to put back the AT&T sim, finally I will have back the service I am used to see. Vodafone no more, thank you!Avr70

Horrible app
I’m studying abroad here for 4 months. I’m 2 months in, and have given up completely on this company. First of all, I can’t figure out how to get the app to translate into English, as I can’t speak or read Italian. This seems to be a major issue, as most of their consumer base is probably tourists or students who DONT SPEAK ITALIAN. Next, my service magically stopped working a few weeks ago. Not sure why. It says I have a negative balance, and I tried paying multiple times but I keep getting rejected. All I want is service. I don’t care how much I have to pay, because the alternative of using data roaming from the US is much more expensive. Perhaps there is something I’m missing, but I would never know because I can’t read the app :p. Tough...Show lessFtdryhk
