Why is it only in Italian?
Vodafone is used throughout Europe, so it’s nonsensical for this app to only be in Italian only. As well, the Vodafone apps from the U.K. will not work with Italian Vodafone accounts. There should be a zero stars option.seamo_11
Always better
I have been using Vodafone for many years in Italy and have experienced their app since the early versions. It is always improving. The important information are organized in an easy to view layout. The function to top up your account is easy, now they even accept PayPal or credit card. I recall that in the past I always had to find cash and go to the tobacco shop to buy a refill card. It does not give you all the functions which you can use under your account on Vodafone Italy’s website such as sending free SMS to other Vodafone numbers but for the most uses it is more than enough.Show lessIdealab
No other languages
There is absolutely no way to change the language of the app, leaving the app incredibly difficult and time consuming to use.n_sb
Only Italian
There needs to be an option to change the default language. Vodafone works in so many other countries, I should be able to change it to English or French or Spanish while I’m in those other countriesTabdc
This app is completely dysfunctional
I could not access any of the information without logging into an account I wasn't aware I was supposed to have! When I try to register I complete all the required fill-ins and it brings me to an error screen. I'm in desperate need of refilling my GB for extra data usage and it doesn't work. Fails to Recharge (App and Online)
Fix it! It was a great app that we used for almost three years. Then around February 2019 we could no longer recharge phones through the app or website.jak313
