  • Great on food pairing

Lovely wine app packed with high quality content and lots of Aussie references on grape varieties. Well thought out and great on food and wine pairing. Caters for all levels of knowledge - something for everyone here.
  • BEST food & wine pairing app

Not superficial or limited like other apps - i've checked them all and this is the best, except for Simon Tam on Asian cuisine. The focus is on the essence common to food and wine, with carefully considered content; this app is not intended to recommend vineyards or vintage or where to buy. It provides a sufficiently wide (but not over detailed) base of information and stimulates lateral thinking when pairing. Upgrade suggestions, to include: interactive pairing options to food base, cooking style and sauce/garnishing/etc; and correspondingly an expansion on ingredient qualities to support interactive pairing.

  • Excellent

If wine is important to you this is a must have app. Huge improvement in regional coverage, including Oz. Easy to use and looks great, especially on iPad.
  • Great little wine book.

Lots of good information. Great for conversations while enjoying a glass of wine.
  • Use everyday

This app is fantastic, and certainly one I would pay for. I look forward to the addition of Canadian wine varietals, and popular hybrids - but still use this app on a daily basis.
  • Mr

I have had this app for a while and it has been great for improving my knowledge of wine. It is clear, easy to search and has some real little gems of information. The only slight criticism that i have is that it is totally missing South Africa at the moment, however when i sent an email to the developers asking about the omission i got a very quick rely that said it would be address in an update in a month or so. Overall very impressed.

  • Great info. Could use one more feature

I am an avid wine drinker and actually found this app useful and informative. A feature that would be nice is a place where I could inventory the wines I have tried with some link back to the grape, country, or taste. There is a note section but not overly useful.
  • Decent wine App

The glossary section could be beefed up
  • Awesome app! 👍

This is a great app for learning about wines and it even has a fun test to see what your own tastes are. It would be a little nicer if you could save wines you've tried and enjoy for future reference, like a wine log.
  • The ideal partner to take wine shopping

This is a really useful, informative and well structured app. It's invaluable if you want help choosing wine to match a food or for a particular occasion. And for someone who already has a good knowledge of wine, the facts and detail go deep enough to extend / reinforce that knowledge. Highly recommended.
