Some serious bugs

This app have some serious bugs, whenever you trying to speak to assistant or customer service from the app, they log you out, I am starting to doubt if this is genuine Mashreq bank application or a fake one

Promised my kids 300 aed for account opening, received nothing

Really poor , messaged everyday for weeks until we opened a kids account, never received any of the bonus promised

Unable to use application properly

I am new customer of Mashreq. I use other bank account and recently I started using Mashreq credit card and now I want to open a conventional/Traditional current account (Not Neo) of Mashreq it will be good for my transaction and payment for my credit card too. But I am unable to open an account by website and application also. If I go to website to open an current account, I have to use existing customer then I takes to application by default then again it shows error. I can’t even use all option on the application. I am facing this problem (shows error while we use accounts option-Apologies, there was an error This is because of a technical error, we're aware and working on it) from day of activation of credit and using application to till date. Your team not fixed it yet even after raised complaints till now. I am very disappointed. Please advise and do the needful. Kindly don’t sent your website link to browse there because it useless. Please resolve the application error issue which am facing while using account option. Please don’t respond me by sending online complaint link because I have done it already but no use. I am not sure about this application that I can use all option even after I open account by visiting branches or wherever. Kindly fix this issue.

Subpar service

App is ok, but pushes a lot of Ads continuously.
The bank’s services and response time are subpar and they continuously miss their own SLA. It happened to me with 3 different requests, where they tell me it will be ready in 2 to 3 working days but takes at least 6 working days.

Delivery agent issue

I apply online to open a bank account 10 days ago still delivery agent didn’t come to activate my account
