Amazing way to control and create music, it's innovative and while not as powerful as the real reactable system it is 100 times cheaper :) so this is a fantastic way to experience reactable , it's one of the coolest music creation apps I've ever seen. Love it! I hope there are more objects in a future update.

Good ideas, but unstable.
I really like the new community addition, that idea has legs!
Finding it all a little unstable though. After downloading tables from the community, it'll crash. And on re-opening and loading the downloaded table, it'll crash. Sometimes it just won't even open.
Does it really need to kill my battery so much? (not even worth opening without mains) And why can't it support more than about 5 elements before freaking out and dropping audio? Surely the hardware is more than capable of so much more than 4 audio channels? Never had this trouble with an old Amiga back in the early 90's...
I've seen a suggestion for rotating the elements with a two finger twist, that's a great idea, but maybe it would conflict with the zoom, worth looking at though.
Still worth the money, there's nothing else like it!

Not what I was hoping for.
I was really excited to get this app with my new The New iPad. But I'm really disappointed at how little it actually offers. It seems like you have to have your own sound effects and such from outside the app to really do anything worthwhile.
I was hoping for many many more synth options. What's included seems very basic.

Great app but a little buggy
This is an incredible app. Very intuitive and easy to use.
Having said that, the app always needs to be restarted. It crashes and load funny. Looking forward to an update.kncfrom29

Gotta give this app 5 stars. It reminds me of a mix between Jasuto Pro and NodeBeat, only with it's own raw sound and dynamic interface. Despite the fact that Reactable is styled around techno style beats, it's also extremely versatile, presenting a seemingly infinite range of possibilities through recording and replaying. Wish you could upload to Soundcloud or audio paste/copy....maybe in an update? Fun Fun Fun nevertheless.Show lesshighlikeafly

I really love my reactable app... Once u get the hang of it it gets pretty goddamn fun. I do wish that there were more loop samples... Or even if you could buy them.

I have Mixti, Nanostudio and another music app, but Reactable is by far the easiest to use . . . works fine with my iPad2 . . . I can save my creations with no trouble whatsoever, so whoever doesn't like this app . . . upgrade to the latest iOS version and go sit in the corner . . . it's $10 US!!bookindian
Pretty fun
Quite a steep learning curve to this application, but it does seem a very accurate representation of the surface it replicates, and there is likely a lot of depth to it.
I have had some problems with the multitouch gestures so far, the zooming only working sometimes. I would have also preferred if the elements would rotate with a two finger twist, like they do on the actual Reactable.
Aside from that, it's very fun, and quite reasonably priced when compared to other similar controllers and such apps on the store. It would be nice to see an update with more features, possibly some sort of sample repository to get started, and more intuitive gestures.
All in all, if you like quirky experimental audio apps, give this one some consideration.Show lessSerionfox

I use an iPad 3G and since updating software have experienced nothing but troubles ,glitches when loading saved tables also can't seem to handle too many objects on table at once .screen freezes and object graphics turn into squares and doesn't function at all I have to switch it off and start again
this never happened before update hopefully a developer reads this and fixes the glitch as I really love using this.Show lessVukvux
