Booked 4 flights, got NADA

Truly amazing app. Can’t reach out to any so-called “customer care” or secure a ticket. So I booked 4 times with them yesterday, return tickets Beijing to Seoul, such a waste of time. It could be because of the ongoing situation in China and flights are being canceled at the moment. It’s good that they at least refunded everything within 12 hours. Other than that, I don’t know what to say. I’m less mad now cos I booked from another channel.

Daylight scams

This app is built on scam service. There is no way to talk to a real person unless you’re living in EU. The company will book an itinerary with an airline when you purchase the tickets, but would not buy the tickets at that moment. Since airline prices can change any minute, by waiting for days they are accessing your money and not buying tickets, and are scamming you. They are well known for cancelling the tickets before flights and they would never refund you. Thor refund process is non existent and is in place only because a business needs one. Never buy anything from this scam. This review for the company itself not for the correctness of the app. The app shows what’s on the website.

Bravofly is a total scam - don’t waste your money with them

Bravofly has the worst customer service, it is impossible to talk to someone that can actually help you when you have an issue. They lied to me multiple times about changes allowed (I bought a special insurance for this), and then they tell me it's not possible and that they offer me a refund of only airport fees... This is a total scam, and I should have been reading the online reviews before purchasing anything with these thieves.

unable to confirm any bookings

I would score negative point if have. they jsut destroyed my plan,unable to confirm my booking but still sale the tickets. worst APP ever.

The service is a scam

They provide a countdown to order your tickets but the ticket is not protected. After charging, they are prone to revoke your purchase even after purchasing within their timing window. What this means is that the price advertised is not necessarily the price that is available. Additionally, while their business operates in the United States, their customer service is only accessible via international call. After they revoked the tickets I purchased, I was charged $63 dollars for calling customer service. They aren’t in the business of brokering tickets, they are in the business of hidden fees and disingenuous scams.

Edit: I see the developer responded. Save your breath. As countless others have indicated, this app is a scam. Don’t trust it.

Customer service

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had, if you could choose no stars I would!

The Online chat bot does not help in the slightest, when you do get through to a person online help is minimal and I have tried several times.

The number provided on the website is only automated and does not put you through to a customer service representative, the only option for that bring you to an automated message saying customer service is closed indefinitely due to COVID.

Advice to all : DO NOT BOOK WITH BRAVOFLY

Charged for premium service; HORRIBLE

Booked a flight and paid a premium for cancellable flight. Tried to cancel within 6 hours of booking and was refused. AVOID.

Double Charged BEWARE

This company double charged me for my booking, charged me 5 dollars a person for digital boarding passes and were no help at all the reverse the charges. Do not try and save the money. Not worth all the headaches as they made my account negative. Had to open a dispute.
