Yes, this app shows your trips. But if you ever need to contact a human being at this “company” forget it. I despise them and will never use them again.

They are kind of scammers, dont ever book flight with them from anywhere if there is chance of cancellation. Their cancel plan is worst you will ever have.

Agree with the poor ratings - worst service I have ever experienced. How can you sell something and then blatantly ignore all requests for help when the consumer is begging for help. The WORST.

Fruad
I bought 4 tickets for Perth last month 24/02. Each ticket was $403. I supposed to pay $1612. But they took off $1885.10 they ripped off me $273. I was provided a invoice with other country’s currency on though I paid from Australia with Australian dollars. I asked for a invoice with Australian currency on but no response. Since then I am keep knocking them. After so many email and phone call ended up with nothing. Because they never response any of them. I’ve never saw any worse service like this honestly.

Untrustworthy business
My flights were cancelled at the start of Covid. Communication with bravofly has been impossible. The phones just hang up automatically if you try to call. It’s currently been 1 year since I asked to get my money back and I still don’t have it, with no obvious solution in sight, and no ability to communicate with them. I’ll be making a complaint to the uk regulator soon.

My flight was cancelled due to coronavirus. I requested a refund, and didn’t receive any response in a month. There is no way to contact customer services. This business is basically stealing money. Do not book anything using Bravofly.
