Terribly disappointed
I can’t believe anyone who would give this a 5 star review. I guess you are the lucky ones ! This is disgraceful I get better reliability from any other wireless product in my home.

Absolutely trash app. This should be disgrace for the Naim brand, but there’s been no fixes or updates.
‘Beep beep’
Using Focal Bathys headphones, there is an annoying “beep beep” at irregular intervals that sounds like a notification of some kind but I cannot figure out how to turn it off. This is different than the sounds made when connecting and more like a child’s train toy. Please advise how to get rid of this; it makes the listening experience very unsatisfactory. Multiple support requests on Focal’s website have gone unanswered. Very disappointed in the lack of available support and documentation for these headphones, which sound terrific.

Focal side not so bad
I can only speak for the Focal side of the app. It's miles better than the Sony app you'd use for the XM-5 headphones and overall the app is pretty good. Updating the headphone's firmware on day 1 was smooth.
It would have earned 5 stars if it had:
- A few more premade EQ presets
- A label to let you know which exact value you've set your custom EQ bar to.
- The ability to change a custom EQ without having to make a new one. I think sometimes my changes save and sometimes they don't, it's hard to tell.
Anyway good app and the Bathys are excellent.

Unity Core
Started off a bit shaky. It would often lose its connection and I’d have to reset the unity and my iPhone as well at times. I believe there was some kind of interference due to the fact that I have moved. I’m using the same internet mesh and the connection is spot on and fast now.
The manual could use some work. And there are options I’d like to have that I’m not sure are available yet.

Abysmal
Just downloaded this upgrade where allegedly one can easily toggle between light and dark modes. I tried the switch to light mode and now the app doesn't revert to dark mode no matter what I do (I even deleted and reinstalled the app, to no use). Given the high standards you ensure in your physical line of products, it baffles me how this specific product falls so low. Just appalling.

Naim/Focal App - Household Sound
I own a Naim Uniti Atom, a Naim Uniti Nova, a Naim Uniti Core, and a MUSO II. I have a not very clean Ethernet network in the house with two extra hubs branched off the main hub, and a mesh wifi network with 6 nodes from LinkSys. But this app works almost perfectly in the house with just very occasional issue finding the MUSO II about twice a year. It delivers fantastic streaming sound, and Tidal integration, as well as all the radio HD stations, and streaming from the Core to all my players. I love the album notes and the tidal integration the best, other than it just works, and the sound quality is top class. I also find the app easy to use and understand.

My favorite app for high-end electronics
I work in high-end audio retail and use apps on a daily basis to control equipment in the store. Focal/Naim's app is by far my favorite of all the 5-6 brands we carry. In terms of feature-richness, ease of use, and reliability, I rate the Focal/Nami app very highly.
