Fantastic fun against the CPU!
I've been really enjoying playing this against friends for the last few months. This latest update adds versus CPU play so I can now improve my skills in preparation for some online battles!
If you've not already played Lead Wars the graphics and sounds are fantastic. It's one of the first games I show people when demonstrating my iPad.

Excellent & Innovative!
What a superb little game! I remember playing this as a kid at school on wet lunchtimes with my mates... Was sceptical at first whether it would translate as well as the paper version..but it's fantastic. The AI is a bit ruthless and I keep on getting pasted against the CPU!News-slurper
Fun but patience required
The tutorial should be a bit easier than it is, especially the last few tests. The controls are tough, but realistic. The tutorial should have larger bridges to prevent falling in the water, which is frustrating. Some more bells and whistles would be nice, like ingame music:) Overall, a challenging game that takes skill to master.Show lessBadbrad130

This is one of the best games I've played (ANY format)!
I wonder if it's a social experiment to root out who's publicly stupid enough to proclaim on their reviews that they don't understand what is a very innovative and competitive control system!
It's a fantastic game and massive applause for presentation, sound and most of all gameplay ... and online multiplayer too!!!! This is precisely the type of game that reminds me that there are still decent developers out there that make genuinely innovative and fun games.Show lessWittZi

This game is great. The strategy mixed with skill and a little randomness makes it the perfect game to play any time. And you can play with a friend.
I would go so far as to say this is the modern equivalent of Risk!Teak42

This is a fun game with intuitive controls . It is great for killing time and allows you to be strategic and bold to win matches. Campaign and multiplayer work very well and will keep you coming back for more. You can even create your own maps and play on them.
