Amazing but not on every device
Mixcloud is only as good as its contributors - who compile personal mixes for every taste - from jazz to funk to chill out etc. Fortunately, its contributors are stellar!! And you get to pick your favourites and follow them!
For this, they deserve five stars!! And they will surely get upgraded as soon as they fix the quirk so that Mixcloud will work on my iPad mini…as for now, there’s a technical glitch. Sometimes this happens …hence 4 star as opposed to a very deserved five stars (when it’s working!!).

Best music app on the internet
Mixcloud is my go-to app for discovering new music, DJ sets, and unique podcasts. It’s perfect if you enjoy non-stop mixes and want to hear what DJs are playing around the world. I love how easy it is to explore different genres and follow creators directly. The sound quality is excellent, and the app runs smoothly without interruptions.

Best music for running ever
Congrats Mixcloud, you’re my running partner every day. Mixes in DJ Sascha’s channel are a bomb. You rock!
Horrible buggy app
I considered subscribing to Mixcloud but this app is just too horrible to use. Every time there is a notification or any other sound playing on the device Mixcloud crashes and you have to start the whole mix again. Searching is terrible and slow can’t sort or filter results by date or genre. And the sound quality of most of what is uploaded is terrible.

The so is so bad. It’s slow, it doesn’t register touch events on the phone half the time. The controls are really fiddly.
