Plant bucks
When I was little, I used to love this game but my computer broke and I couldn't find the game. After years I found it in the App Store so I downloaded it and played it however later I realized that you need plant bucks (which cost) to finish the game and to buy special seeds so I deleted it. I guess i will never play it until they update it and get rid of the plant bucks.Show lessDragomelisa
Scam!!!
Basically the majority of things you have to buy is with bucks and you start out with none and the game company excepts you to buy the bucks over and over again. It's just cheaper to get the game on bigfish on the computer spend like 4 or 7 dollars the get the game all time and don't have to expect to have to pay any more because online there's no bucks just coins.Show lessCarissaboo1212
It's a good game but....
Ok it's a very calming and good game to plays but there's only one flaw...Plant Bucks!!! It's outrageous you can't really get any upgrades because they all take plant bucks and I don't know about you but I'm not wasting my money on a game you should at least be able to trade coins in for plant bucks but you can't even do that!!! I really injoy the game and so does my favorite youtuber seri pixel biologist so that's all I have to say....Show lessLilliPlays
So aggravating
This is my favorite childhood game and I want to play it again, but you have to pay money for plant bucks and that ruining the fun. I think that the people that made this game should have a HUGE update..I'm not saying make everything free, but making us pay for supplies is just horrible and selfish.. Y'all should make the game to where one is free and we pay for supplies and one we pay for and the plant bucks in the game is earned. Don't use the iPad version
This is a wonderful little game - addictive and fun while being relaxing in its own way.
However there are two problems, one of which is unique to the iPad version:
1. The writers have moved on. Last update was a few years ago so don't expect any upgrades.
2. The versions on Mac and PC are completely free - no in-app purchases. Yes, you can complete the game on iPad (just) without paying money because the aim of the game is to find six magic plants that all exist in the easy part of what's breedable. What you can't breed are the 240 exotic plants without paying a fair amount of money. So my advice is skip the iPad version and download on PC or Mac.Show lessJack Stepney
Only half the game it was
This game was designed for a PC, and quite successfully. For some odd reason, watching fake plants grow is really addictive. Anyway, if this game was ported to the iPhone as is I'd probably give it 4 stars instead of 5 because a lot of the controls are awkward on such a small screen. Unfortunately, the company made the critical mistake of butchering half the game by forcing players to purchase items to progress. The most successful in app purchase games are those in which players make purchases because they want to, not because they're forced to (e.g. Puzzles & Dragons). I gladly would have paid $5 for this app for unlimited game play, like I did with the PC version; but trying to Frankenstein a frustrating IAP system into a game that was designed for a PC is a deal breaker for me. Wish you could trade coins for bucks
The game is fun but having to buy bucks to upgrade is ridiculous, i mean you can still do that but it would be better if u could trade like 500 coins for 1 buck to upgrade other things. It would make the game more enjoyable to play.ABpandalady
Awesome! But......
Love this game! Fun to play for sure! Only down side is you have to buy plant bucks in order to advance in the game. There needs to be a way to either trade in so much gold for bucks or watch videos to earn bucks. I won't spend cash to play a mobile app game. :(. So probably won't be able to complete the game..Show lessLeosfire
