Remote management

Apart from being such a helper with my payments and making my customers happy, I can keep tabs of anyone even while I am away on vacations. The reports from the app gives me an overview of thing like their transactions completed, volume sold, tips, things like that.

Long time user

I have been using Payanywhere for a few years now and I must say they just keep getting better. At first I was only using the app to take care of a few inventory things here and there but now there is so much you can do from it that I am constantly finding more ways to handle business needs from right within the app. They have sales reporting and employee management features beyond just keeping track of stock that I love to use, but it seems like recently a lot more has been added to the app. I am able to send invoices and take payments literally from right within the app. While my store is swamped I can help take customers right from my phone with my card reader or help manage customer issues. I am a loyal payanywhere user and my business thanks me for it.

Does what I need

The app itself has always done what I needed it to do - I am not a super tech saavy user but the features in the app are very user friendly and if I am able to figure it out and use it then anyone can. I most enjoy being able to manage payments including refunds or modified pricing right from in the app. I appreciate having the ability to tackle business needs right from my phone since I am often moving around or on the go. It is very easy to use - def an added bonus to the sale systems.

Get paid from anywhere

They really mean it when they say Payanywhere. I love using the app with my mobile reader to take payments at local art and craft shows around this time of year but the best feature for me is the ability to still accept payments if I don't have great service, I just run it as an offline transaction and it processes as soon as I am back online. I do a lot of rural shows so this has definately come in handy. The payments are quick and easy and being able to take cards instead of cash has helped me sell way more during my busy season. Def recommend.

Quick funding

same day and next day funding features are super convenient. I am almost always able to process my day in time to do same day funding since most of my business happens early in the day. I am able to close out my batches right from the app and get paid super fast. Being able to do everything I need to finish the day right from my phone is a life saver and keeps the cash flowing.

UPDATES ALWAYS CRASH

Unfortunately, with every update the app crashes. During our busiest season, we were unable to log into our system (showing invalid account). After being on hold for over 37 minutes, I am told the entire PA system was down. Still unsure why a courtesy email was not sent out to their merchants. I am on day 2 of my system working and then out of nowhere, logging me out and not allowing me to log back in. Iโ€™ve been a customer for years, BUT I will soon be searching for a new system to start using.

Issues

I run a successful business and this mobile device has been decent up until 3 months ago. Now having issues with it wanting to log in saying wrong email and password even though the correct ones are being entered. Customer service was no help they said โ€œoh it happens give it 15 minโ€ I have been waiting 2 hours and still nothing and I canโ€™t take any payments from my client s because this issue. I have even tried uninstalling and so installing the app and nothing is fixing the issue. I canโ€™t afford for this to happen Iโ€™m losing out on now close to $4k in deposits. Please fix your app!!!!!

Hello. We experienced brief network disruptions on 12/16 and 12/17 that have since been resolved. You should now be able to log in and process transactions as normal. We sincerely apologize for any issues this caused.

Keeps you organized

I was just all over the place in the past and this app had been such a saviour to me. I am now such an organized business owner -- I can answer you inventory questions, can tell you the health of my business thru the reports --- I am just better off using the technology that this app offers. Check it out.

Analytics

I used to not really pay attention to anything other than selling my product. I played with the features and saw that I can see data from the activities of my business. These did not make my head swirl at all as it is presented in a digestable manner. Now, I got to appreciate how knowing trends can help you make wise business decisions.

more than payments

More than just a payment system, the app taught me how to do business better by teaching me how to read reports and learning from trends, and learning from my mistakes by reviewings voided transactions and customer disputes. Such a helpful app to grow the business.
