  • Ad pop up was inappropriate

I have had this app for quite a while now and had accepted the ad pop ups after each game but today was a no no. The ad that popped up was in the middle of a game and consisted of barely covered if at all women in sexy poses. There were several pictures that popped up one after the other, over the game, each staying on screen only a moment then everything went back to normal. I am not a prude but I am a parent who lets her child play her phone now and again.
I really enjoyed playing this game but I have no option but to delete it. I hope you get the problem sorted quickly.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately there was no time to screenshot nor did I see a triangle to press. I will certainly look into what you mentioned and hope you can still investigate this too.
Good customer service/support. Thank you. Updated my star rating too.

Hi, no ad in our game is allowed to be shown over the contents of the game during play like you described, and we certainly do not intend for that. Either some other app/system on your device provided it over the top of our game, or an ad delivered to your device violated the ad network terms of service and broke out of the restricted area of display in some way (also a violation). Such ads that are a violation like this should be reported directly to the ad network responsible for it by selecting the small triangle icon in the corner of the ad. If you don't see that icon, then take a screenshot and send it to us for review so we can investigate it further and send it to the appropriate ad network. We only work with the best ad networks available, like Google and Facebook, but nothing is perfect and we need people like yourself to report such ads so we can all make sure such things are blocked for everyone.
  • The game

Good except the computer is set up to cheat,

I would be happier if the opponent ( the computer as i only play against it)was to put its cards in the crib first not after the player

    Developer Response

Hi, as we have shown extensively, the game is fair and honest in every respect and it is absolutely not "set up to cheat" in any way whatsoever. It uses a random shuffle and is never stacking the deck or anything else like that. You can review all the information we provide on this in the game Help and FAQ, where we don't just share how the game works, and multiple audits, we even offer to let anyone view the code itself to show this unequivocally.
  • Crib Discard Recommendation Not Always Correct

The app seems to give recommendations for crib discards solely from the perspective of the opponent. Sometimes, e.g., with certain flush hands, pone/dealer crib discards will be identical as one would expect, but many other times they will not yield the highest average point values from the dealer’s perspective.

I’m assuming the app’s designer/crib expert is well aware of this, and I would assume that for speed/efficiency, his/her developer (if these are separate people) has two sets of discard tables implemented. If this is the case, there may be a problem with the software simply not pointing to the correct table based on the player role.

  • Too fast

Should be offered the opportunity to add up ones own score if desired rather than it always being automatic. Also would prefer a more defined pegging board. Otherwise very enjoyable game.

    Developer Response

Hi, you can actually choose to manually count if you like. Select the "Options / Settings" button on the main game menu screen and look under the game settings section for that and several other options.
  • Halokar

    Can't fault it at all.
  • Stacked deck

I am a lifetime cribbage player. There is fruitless effort in trying to compete against programmed patterns. Notice how often the combo 7,9 shows up in your hand. Also, two low, two midrange, and two face cards are frequently dealt. The guest often gets an early lead. As the game progresses, the guest hands and cribs get multiple higher scores to win the game uncontested. Tonight I played 6 games, won one and lost 5 in a row with impossible hands continuously. This cribbage program advertises itself as brutal. A more appropriate term is “unfair”. Until about a month ago, I was winning almost 50% of brutal games. In the past couple weeks, the win ratio is around 20%.

  • Rt

I joined played a game. I want to play against another human being but I don’t think I did. A friend of mine is a member has a handle etc. I don’t understand what is going on.

    Developer Response

Hi, you can play against other real people using the Multiplayer button on the main game menu screen. You can also play against just your friend if you like. If you have any questions on using that feature or get stuck anywhere, just email us at support@FullerSystems.com so we can assist you directly.
  • Cribbage Pro

This is an excellent version of the game. More often then not the play is true to the strategy of the game. Sometimes the games get a little "streaky" when you are victimized by a barrage of 12, 14, 16 etc. point hands by the "opponent" and you question the randomness of the cards. But if you play correctly you can hold your own against the "brutal" level and the game is a fun way of passing the time!
Recently the game seems to be a little bit more random if not skewed in your favor. Maybe it's my imagination since my winning streaks at the "brutal" level are improving. It's still a lot of fun and a great way to while away the hours but there isn't anything worse than ending the game in the "stink hole".

  • Pay to remove ads doesn’t work!

I like this app as it’s nice and easy to play. Had a slight issue with removing the ads but got in touch with the developers and they were quick to help sort the problem. Can recommend and even my 83 year old Dad finds it easy to use!

    Developer Response

Hi, I believe that you have already contacted us about this and the problem is resolved for you. If so, please update your review. If not, please email us at support@FullerSystems.com so we can investigate it further with you. Usually this is just the Apple App Store being a little slow in sending the purchase information to the game, and selecting the purchase option at the top of the main game menu screen and then restore your purchase from there will resolve it.
  • What a fix

Started season 3 competitive match making. Every opponent I play in the last week gets unbelievable hands every time. I can barely win a game after having a winning record in Season 2. Have they bought the version without ads? Used to love this. Now I just want to never play again. Just been marmalised by an opponent I regularly beat. I get dealt rubbish. They hit every time. Good game when it’s fair. Shame

    Developer Response

Hi, we have not changed anything in the game with respect to the shuffle, dealing or anything else like that in many years. The system this season is identical to the last season. There certainly is an element of chance and luck in cribbage, so perhaps you are just having a run of bad luck. The system is not favoring one player over another, and actually has no idea who may have paid to remove advertising or not, so certainly isn't playing favorites there either.
