Been using this for years.
I listen to this almost every night. Works without fail for me. If you’re using the version where you’re going down the stairs, I don’t know what happens after step 9. . . Heck, I’m usually out like a light by step 14. Sincerely, this helps my brain from spinning, trying to fall asleep.Shelllley
Pretty good but…
Sometimes I make it to the bottom of the steps, sometimes I don't. As a 72 year old I seem to be having more difficulty getting to sleep and have started using this app again and it does help but when the ending starts, the volume is much higher than it was previously and it wakes me up. I am using the Sleep beginning and the Sleep ending. Is it possible to balance the volume of each segment please?Show lessTXXodysseyman

Great program. I have had a hard time sleeping. Since listening to Eric Brown I go to bed earlier and sleep through the night. I am into my 2nd week. Love it.Boxers Rock
FIX THE APP!
Since "upgrading" you cannot access previous purchases.. Support advise to reinstall and download, and you still get the same issue. Then they advise it is the "first they heard of it". Beware before purchasing or upgrading. Issue still not resolved.KC_11111
Different volume levels.

After purchasing a lot of different hypnosis stories, all were lost after installing the recommended update.
I sent multiple emails trying to get my purchases back, with no resolution.
