Doesn't work 4 everyone ..
I wanted it 2 work, he has a very calming voice 2 listen 2, took soooo long 4 him 2 count down, most pple r prob asleep by this point but I couldn't relax while he was subconsciously talking about stepping down steps, I was visualizing going down steps - not something I want 2 do when I want 2 go 2 sleep.. I gave it a go - not 4 me but appears to be helping alot of others.Show lesscheekychur

Easy to use. Does what it says. I play this to send me off to sleep and have never gotten past 5mins of listening before I nod off and continue to listen in my sleep. Recommend it highlyShoop2me

Needs an update or fix
This app is useless because it will not open. It's an awesome app the two times a week it will actually launch out of the countless times that I try to open it. I want to use this app every night, but it will not open!!!!
